Such great stuff for there and they’re happy serving there costumers as well they’re patient with all.

Apple is an electronic device store and people always spend a lot of money there, so why is the costumer service always SO BAD? Every single Apple Store I go has a horrible costumer service.

Great customer service. Had me in and out quick when dropping off a MBP for a repair and picking up. Got some AirTags while there. All in all, the top-tier Apple experience we deserve. I should also mention I am from out of state and was on vacation, so I really needed a win here and they completely delivered. Got a complicated repair seamlessly handled while far from home and while on limited time. Big thanks to AppleCare too. But the service reps here on both visits were stellar and they gave me a call to let me know my items were good and answered all questions.

Was having problems with my iPhone 13 Pro Max (other than it’s not the new 15 Ultra lol) not sounding the audio properly, making me miss notifications.

Had a 4:00 appointment, showed up at 3:44, went right through. The genius who attended me was thorough, but very quick to the point of being almost too quick. Granted he was training someone from sales to be customer service, and that may have had something to do with it.

He showed me how to thoroughly shut it down and clear the cache, so that was helpful. However now it’s deciding to overheat.

Afterwards went to look at the new MacMini (downsizing again…started with 28” iMac , to 21”, and now need even smaller without giving up performance.

The gentleman who helped me was very patient answering all of my questions, and advised me on the perfect one for me.

This is an awesome place for any Apple product(s).

Terrible service and communication by Apple today that caused me to waste 5 hours of my day. I called and scheduled a Genius Bar appointment and when I arrived I was not in the system. So I waited an additional 2.5 hour to be seen. The employee I eventually saw told me it would take about 45 minutes to update my software so I waited in store. I went back an hour later and a different employee told me it would take at least another hour and all the employees that were working on my laptop went to lunch. So I made the decision to go home and wait for the notification.

Jeremy walked me through the entire process and stayed late helping me repair and recover a completely (hardware) dead iPhone.
I’m grateful that he persistently found a way over every hurdle we encountered.

They are definitely much better than memorial location in houston . I’m very happy with their service today .
