- Lowes in this location gets super busy but handles all the traffic very well and in a timely manner. Forklift operator here definitely has some skills

- I know they can do better there is a couple of old employees that have . All in all I guess coustomer service do matter . I hate to bother people but it do help when assisted.

- My last visit to your store was not only, excellent as always but an interaction with another person. Joyce it was my absolute pleasure to have met you. YOU exemplify the greatness in human beings. Lowe's is so fortunate to have you. I'm sure you inspire those around you. You are the representative of why I shop ONLY at Lowe's. Which I have since you opened. I'm a local veteran who's been in this area over 50 years.

- The guys at work in Lumber are lazy I'm waiting almost an hour to get one plywood cut and never could find nothing my name please you keep seeing him and asking help nobody comes

- I didn't like Lowe's for a long time because of the lack of assistance and would go to the other guys instead, but I gave them a try yesterday. I went in looking for a microwave fuse. So first I went to appliances and they sent me to electronics and they sent me to aisle 11, where I somehow--with no help from an associate--found what I needed. There is really no excuse for them to have gaggles of employees hanging out with the high-priced items and leaving people to fend for themselves in the rest of the store.

- Buenos precios. Encuentro las cosas que necesito facilmente..su personal es muy cordial, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

- I have been a regular customer of this store for 15 years. For all my projects, big or small inside the house or outside. Some employees just do their job, others like the young ANTWAN at The front @ customer service , take very seriously the quality of service that each client deserves. Yesterday I bought a washing machine and waited almost 40 minutes parked after checking in at the curbside pick up spot 1, until I walked into the store and this nice gentleman made my delivery lightning fast, he took the time and dedication to personally go and look for my article and why I had to wait so long unnecessarily. People like him make a difference and deserve to be considered elemental in his workplace.

Most of the staff were incredibly helpful, but Johnny at the self checkout? Bad vibes. Dude was staring me down the whole time I was checking out, I mean 2-3 feet behind me, laser focused. Not a fan of the experience at all.

I always come here to lowes and purchase my supplies for my home improvements. I had a good amount off items with me i was purchasing since I have lowes credit card. I proceeded to self check out due that there was nobody and mostly everyone was going to the register. I prefer self check out due that i can see the prices and make sure im charged the correct price since it has happen before were I was charged incorrectly for several items in a transaction. Story short it was a hiccup on 2 items and had to get a picture of item from there they voited all my transaction and had to start again then a worker came up to Dalia who was really wonder and helped me out alot "Thank You Dalia" well she "SIENI"said you have to make her move from that register she's taking to long and holding up the line. She said this really laud for others to listen instead off is there something I can help. So unprofessional. And there was no line even an other customer complaint because they were all bunched up talking and then make him transfer to an other line. He had to tell them to stay in their cash register to atleast customers know they are open.

Very clean inside and out. They have lots of good stuff. Employees helpful. I felt safe in parking lot there were no people standing around outside. Unlike home depot!

So, I stood in line at customer service until I could not stand to stand in lime any longer. 5 minutes was enough. What was I waiting for you ask? Me: Change for a dollar so I could rent a shopping cart..
in order to purchase a few items. There was one loan untethered cart in the parking lot. But it's raining out. I planned to buy a few paper goods and I'm a girl so I really didn't want to bother with soggy items...I wondered why this parking lot was so more empty than the orange store around the corner. I didn't want to go there either. Again. I'm a girl, and that place is just unnecessarily dirty. I mean, they aren't mixing concrete in the aisles; so why is everythingalways dusty fimthy? Always? I digress. C'mon Lowe's! Really? Are you making so little money that you can't afford to lose shopping carts here and there? Why not use those perimeter barriers? I really really wanted to tackle a quick DIY today. I could easily have spent a couple hundred dollars. But how would I have carried them out? This is the dumbest thing ever. As I type this, I've counted 12 people come back out empty-handed. Perhaps like me, they wanted to buy more than 3 items and just don't carry quarters anymore!

The curbside pk up takes to long not sure why when I arrive no other cars are waiting till I left. Over 25minutes wait I'm not using this service again I could of done my own shopping in less than that time.
