I highly recommend buying a car from Sterling McCall Toyota! I purchased my first vehicle here, a Corolla Cross XLE. My family and I were welcomed by Gus, who assisted us through the entire process. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He provided us updates throughout the day letting us know when the vehicle would be ready. Overall, we had a great experience here!


My service was friendly and the repairs was quick and the inspection and brake job was thorough. I am satisfied with my service and will reschedule for further serbice on tbe recommrnded items by the technician.


Great experience all around. These people will do anything and everything to get you what you want. Got me in my dream truck despite credit issues with financing my first vehicle ever. They didn’t add any crazy mark up, everything was straight up and didn’t have any crazy hidden charges. Excellent customer service to add to that. 10/10 recommend!

I went to get my state registration and they failed me because of my tint. The tint that they sold me the car with and passed it last year. What makes me mad is I went somewhere else just to ask the question if that made sense and they told me it did not and the inspector was just being a donkey! If the tint didn’t pass he could have told me before he charged me. 5 minutes after dropping off the car the tech called me to say that it would automatically fail because of the tint but they would still charge me for it. Anyway long story short I’m mad because they car was sold to me with the tint. I have not been pulled over in 1 year of having the car because of that same tint.

not my best experience. I was kept waiting ages once the service was done. I specifically requested a state inspection which I was assured was done but never got the report and the State did not log any inspection for the (2-yr-old, obvious pass) vehicle. They just never did it. I also asked to check onboard computer for a serious issue I had had and got no feedback.

I purchased a 2022 Toyota Sienna Van in July which had a small dent/scratch to back fender. It was addressed with Marco, Sales; Martin, GM; and Patrick, Sales Manager. Each individual was very respectful, professional and attentive to the situation which was corrected and excellent body work. I highly recommend Sterling McCall Toyota.

I came in for a recall and service, was told it would take about 1 1/2 hours. I texted Brayan back after the time was up, didn’t get a response. Waited 15 more minutes and finally got a nice gentleman, Gus, to help me out. I found out Brayan went out to lunch and that my car had been done and just sitting in the bay. I was a little frustrated since I was taking time off from work to be there. Anyways, Gus calls it in and another 15-20 minutes go by, the car was still parked in the bay. I finally let Gus know that no one has gotten the car, so he personally went to go get it. He made sure to bring the paperwork to the cashiers desk where I could sign off on the work. It took 2 1/2 hours to get out of there. I left with mixed feelings because Gus was great but the rest of the process needs work.

I have taken my RAV4 to have the oil change for the 10,000 mi. Technicians were very courteous respectful ready to assist with any questions I had. You're very helpful communication they have is getting our cell phone number and communicating with us if there is an issue or when the vehicle is ready for pickup. Thank you for your service and I will see you in the next 5,000 miles. thank you.

The Labor charges are too exorbitant for the likes of me for the minimal work being done on my vehicle. I need to find another place.
