AutoZone Auto Parts

I dealt with Cole at the Stop 11 and 31 store. When I asked for help his response was “I don’t think I carry that you’ll probably have to run to O’reilly and check it out. I ended up FaceTiming my husband so he could help me. Very disappointed.

I went in today to return an item. The electricity was out due to a storm yesterday, which I totally understand. They were using a generator and the guy told me that he was able to ring people out still. So, obviously registers are working. I asked him if he was able to do a return. He simply said, "I don't know" and wouldn't try to do it. For anyone that has ever worked in customer service, common sense would tell you that you wouldn't just say idk and would actually try to do it. Like I
said before, I totally understand
that the electricity was off, but he should have at least tried since registers were working.. Rant over. Won't be returning to this Auto Zone.
