- Really horrible experience I had a reservation to pick up a car for Uber I ask over over on the phone is the car was available and the told yes I spent money going there and she told she had no car but had a handful of keys letting me know she need to check if these cars was ready for Uber that sheen trying to input into the system for weeks..basically lazy and not doing her job no empathy told me she would call me back call her and simply told me no cars while I waste money when I’m trying to make money and have limited time to complete my profile and I contacted customer service and they informed me that there is cars available for Uber but when I call she tells me there’s is no car because she holding to 20 plus keys and not implementing into the system..thank you for wasting my time and money
- The car was filthy and the gas tank was not full. Won't be going back there
- I had made a reservation through Kayak to rent a car while mine was being worked on.
When I get there, their computers were unworkable and they told me they were unable to rent to me and to go somewhere else. This was really fun because I had work trip I had to complete in the afternoon. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I spent $25 in Uber fees getting there to be told that I wasted my time.
