I love Costco, their employees are always welcoming and happy to help. I'm not a fan of their customer base. They will run you down if you get in the way, in the isle's or parking lot! Some of the most rude self centered people I've ever seen! The "high-end" of the Walmart crowd.

Love Costco. I'm their Mailman, so I'm here every day. But I'm also a member. I've noticed that not all Costco's are the same. They don't sell the same stuff. For instance, while they do sell muffins, they don't sell Corn Muffins. So whenever I'm in Jersey, I buy a few packages and bring them home, where they don't last long. …

While I really enjoy the shopping experience at Costco, I detest some of their business practices.

Last year, I signed up with Groupon, and was supposed to receive a $40 gift card and $40 in coupons.

I received neither.

I called them several times and they kept saying "There's nothing we can do."

I was telling my neighbor about it and he said the same thing happened to him and that he was furious about it.

We compared notes and sure enough, they gave him the same "Oh, we're so sorry..." lines, but DID NOT HONOR THEIR PROMISE.

Then, we found out this also happened to another family on our block, so when my friend told me that she had just bought the Groupon and was excited to finally be a Costco member, for the first time, I asked her if she received the coupons and gift card.

She had not.

She called them.

Same old lines.

I went to the store with her and stood behind her, watching her baby, while she tried to get what was promised to her and was continually told that it was "Groupon's responsibility to send the gift card and coupon."

We called Groupon.

They said it was Costco's job to give them out.

The lady behind the counter became angry when I showed her in the contract where it said that "Costco would email them."

Costco is just another huge corporation preying on the poor and middle class.

They are really good at putting a nice shiny smile on it while stealing your money.

Love this place. Pay attention to what your buying. They have good prices but some are questionable.
They have a good selection of seafood and Kirkwood items are really good value.

Love our Costco. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. And obviously it has very good deals. Get the Executive membership if you plan to spend more than $2,000 a year.

bought a laptop and picked up instore. they tried to tell me I couldn't shop while having the laptop with me. told me to put it in my car, in the middle of winter, while i shopped. two times I have returned products that don't work and asked for my money back. both times they tried to give me credit back on my card. first time the guy kept arguing with me. I paid off the card, why am I forced to take a credit on my charge card? do you have any idea how long the credit has to sit on your card before Citi banks will write you a check for having a credit on the account? he tried to do the same thing to me today when I returned a hard-drive. he said back on your card? I said no, I paid with my yearly reward. I'd like cash. he also thought I shorted them cables in the box. had to show him where the harddrive was cos he was implying that I wasn't returning everything. a simple check on the box will let you know what's in the package. tired of being harassed when I come to this location. good way to get people to refund their memberships or stop going to Costco altogether. Doesn't seem like you value your customers when you act like this. I've been a member since 2018, and I have the credit card as well. Starting to regret my membership. Maybe the man at the return counter needs a non-customer-facing job.

The quality of Kirkland products is good. Membership does our family well. The consistency of products is better than our experiences with a similar membership store. The employees are always helpful when needed, kind, and appear to be happy. We have been able to make quick visits for only a few items or longer visits when we need to fully stock the pantry. Lastly, you can never have too much toilet paper.

Such a big selection at this location. It was surprisingly really busy for a Sunday afternoon.

Tire Center: I had a tire pop. I was due for a rotation, so I made an appointment. Mike was friendly and helpful! After the team finished my car, Mike noticed a little rattle from the front right tire. Ralph's missed a bolt on the caliper. He pushed it back on, and I took it over to Ralph's. They fixed their mistake. I appreciate Mike and Costco for always providing high-end service and products.

Great Costco but - they need to be open later on Saturdays. The MAIN shopping day of the week they close at 1800 hours. At least 2000 hours.

Costco does not have Scan & Go like Sam’s Club does, and when I asked about it an employee mentioned that there are no plans to adopt this great idea that makes checking out more convenient for customers. Additionally, Costco is now requesting to see ID prior to check out. This angered me the first time someone asked because my picture is on the back of my card. The second time I refused to show ID and they were fine with seeing just my Costco card. But why not just leave people alone? I spend too much money at Costco to be bothered by employees while waiting in long lines. I have disabled auto renew for my membership because of this, and I now plan to use Sam’s Club as I prefer the convenience of shopping there and I like how their employees don’t bother you.

I like Costco products and prices, but they are failing hard at disability accessibility. *If* you can manage to get a parking spot and a mobility scooter, you will find that many displays are too high to see or reach the products. Many areas are too narrow for the scooters. I am regularly hit by other customers with their carts because they're in a frenzy to get a free sample. There is no fast option for picking up a prescription like a drive-thru or short-term parking. I won't be renewing my membership because going is such a nightmare that it's not worth the savings for me.
