Terrible customer service. So many reviews of the workers being nice it shows me how racists these people are to people if they don't fit in to the typical iphone user. Rude manager named Daniel, was very condescending and hostile. Apple held up my purchase because of an old email from 10 years, but I got no notification about the hold up until I called in after I was already at the store and told I had to wait until it processed through their system. I had already waiting over an hour for it to process. They say it typically takes an hour. Worse buying experience ever, and I will never go here again. Best buy has been 100% better.

I’m not the type of person to even leave a review. This is actually my first ever. I went into the Apple Store for assistance with my iPhone 11 that was having an issue with updating. The guy who serviced me treated me as if my phone was not up to his standards from the beginning. He said “Since your phone is a dud anyway” as he pre warned me he had just ruined someone else’s phone but he would try his best to assist. Fast forward, he did the same thing to mine as he explained I could just pay $400-1000 depending on the phone. I left Apple with non working phone & they also disabled my SIM card so that also did not work. I was profiled based on my phone from the beginning & talked down like I did live up to his standard. I explained this isnt a money issue but he literally ruined my phone I had no access to my account. I will never go to this location again. 0/10 do not recommend.

I just wanted to say your employee Sara Lewis at the Fashion Mall at Keystone is amazing! She was so helpful and fixed my phone issue in a matter of minutes! Her knowledge and people skills are beyond anyone I have ever had help me at this location!!! Thank you Sara!

Went in a couple days ago to see about trading in my iphone 11 for the iPhone 14. Brandon helped me and was nice but COMPLETELY lied to me. He showed me financing options and told me that T-mobile (who i have service through) had a deal going on where if I finance through them it would only be $12.89/month for the iPhone 14 Pro Max. I initially was only planning on getting the regular 14 but this was such a good deal I thought I couldn’t pass it up. I even double checked the pricing with him multiple times to make sure it was right and he assured me it would be $12.89/mo after two months because that’s when bill credits would kick in. So i went ahead with the deal. Then my sister went in today to see about getting the same deal and they were so rude to her and no help at all. She went to T-mobile store and come to find out that deal was only for NEW T-mobile customers, not existing. So my monthly payment will be $31/month. I’m not even mad about the pricing because $31/month is honestly not bad for the phone but I’m very upset that he completely mislead and lied to me. I’m not sure if it was intentional or they just have no idea what they’re talking about, but either way I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Dropped my Mac book off for repairs a week ago. I was original quoted that it would take 3 days to repair which is already sketchy since it was being shipped off. I was called the same day that it would take quicker for the products to be fixed in store.

Two days later I checked to see the status and it was being shipped. I called support and they told me that they stripped a screw during the repair. It happens I have no issue with it. I was then told it would take another 3 days. Three days passes by it has just arrived at the repair place.

I call the store again and they tell me that the screw was already stripped when they opened it and kept insinuating that I took it to a 3rd party and it was previously striped there. This is the manager that I’m talking to. I asked for the payment to be waived or if they can expect the process. They kept saying that it’s being fixed anyway so there is nothing they can do.

After lying to me, and gaslighting me that it was already stripped. After someone had already said that they had stripped it. I still had to pay the fee after waiting 6 extra days after the original date I was quoted. If you can’t refund me that’s fine but at least you can be empathetic of the situation. For a great product you should have great customer service.

Very quick service. I drop in to buy iPhone 15 and airtags without appointment. It took me 15 minutes in total to di ush my purchases. Quick and supportive staff.

Took an iPad in for a new battery. They said they could only do a trade but on closer examination they said it was bent and therefore could not trade it out. I then took it up the street to Ubreakifix and they said it was not bent but the battery was hot and expanding. They simply replaced the battery. All is good. No thanks to the incompetent guy working at Apple!

The black guy his name is Daniel he said he’s the manager if you manager that doesn’t mean you can talk to customer like you own the apple the store you work there he’s so rude person there he don’t know how to talk with customers he needs to be get fired from there if there is any legal action I would definitely take on him
