- I called the whole foods store in Indianapolis located on West 86th Street to inquire about a certain product. That I could not find on the website. I spoke with Lance and he confirmed that they had the product and where it was located. We hung up and I got a call from him a few minutes later telling me about another product that was similar to what I was looking for. Thanks so much Lance for following up . Excellent customer service

- Nice selection for skin care. Great produce section. Lots of dairy free options for cheese. Their pizza slices are NY style and delicious! Lots of varieties in sizes of water too. Lots of Dr bronner stuff ya can't find anywhere else.
- Don't tell the produce manager but I know that the Store Manager, the WFM as a whole & the public all appreciate the service that Jordan in Produce offers customers. She took me to my product in the Grocery aisle while she was stocking in the Produce department and helped 2 additional customers in the same situation. It was an extremely busy hour, 2:30-3:30 on 03/05, and actually every clerk I saw was pushing it in high gear with a smile on their face. Kudos to the store manager in Nora and pat on the back to Jordan.
- It's a Whole Foods, so you can be sure to expect a very clean store. Everything is organized and easy to find, and I love how friendly the staff is but sometimes I get shy because they seem to exclusively hire really attractive people
- Great produce options that are very fresh. Huge selection of wine and beer. We enjoy checking out the local and craft sections. Large variety of unique spices. This store has a great selection of international sauces and ingredients. When I can’t find certain ingredients at other stores, I am always able to find them here. Store is very clean and has a great staff!
- Greeted by Willie when I came in for seafood yesterday. He went the extra mile when packaging my food. What was obvious to me is his kind demeanor was not forced. He is just genuinely a nice person to encounter.
Also, he was able to redirect me to the correct isle for the rest of my shopping needs. AAA plus customer service is what he delivers.

The original Whole Foods Market opened in 1980 with a staff of only 19 people. It was an immediate success. At the time, there were less than half a dozen natural food supermarkets in the United States. We have grown by leaps and bounds since our first store opened.
