- One of the nicest (people wise) and High tech Dental establishments I’ve ever been to. Don’t get me wrong the esthetics were cool with me, for some it may not be their cup of tea. But I like the small intimate vibe. And not too many places have a parking garage, let alone look out for their patients in that area. The receptionist were very nice and quick with getting me seen. Mo my Dental Hygienist was the best! Very nice, knowledgeable and I felt like she really cares about her job and patients. A big thank you to the Dr. She was nice as well as informative. All in all this is a very welcoming environment. I loved hearing some of the interactions between some of the returning clients and their Dr./assistant. It gave me the feeling of family. - I just left my appointment from Downtown Dental and I have to say they have a great environment. When I arrived I was a few minutes late due to parking but i was greeted by name and w/ a warm welcome. The receptionist was professional and helpful. My Hygienist Mo did a great job w/ cleaning my teeth and educating me on my teeth as well. Only bad I can say about Mo is that she doesn’t have sports playing on her tv while she’s working.

And I must add that I was not charged for my lateness due to parking because Natia… I believe her name is.. let them know my situation and helped out w/ that as well. Great job today. I highly recommend this office w/ the crew that’s there now.
