Best Buy Overland Park

My husband and I recently went to this Best Buy store location to look at new dishwashers, refrigerators and televisions. The staff there was very knowledgeable, helpful and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed with the selection of products. We will definitely be making our purchases at this store. A special shoutout to Eric, Alec, Nick, Justin, and Nathan for all your help and expertise!!

I got out standing service today, as always, and that’s why I shop here for any electronics, I’ve gotten tvs, speakers, gaming consoles, accessories, cameras, computers, tablets, etc. they always have competitive pricing and always have the best customer service.

Even with the supply chain issues that America is enduring, Best Buy continues to shine for the items that I require.

Staff was very helpful in locating some printer cartridges that I needed badly. They didn't have but recommended another place. Great customer service!!

Do not buy here if you care about customer service. Just bought a TV - Installation a nightmare. Didn't have all the parts and then did a bait and switch and I had to pay extra for a bracket. And if you call the actual store for help you always get router to a foreign country that doesn't understand what to do. Be aware and scared of this company.

I don't know how the staff members in this store would cope working in a location that has heavier customer traffic than this one on Metcalf. We traveled way out from our home town and on getting to the store, we asked for certain products we were looking for. The greeter on the podium told us to go over to the department we needed and wait. We waited a long while. No one had come over to us or even checked in to let us know they would be busy with another customer for a while. So, we went back to the greeter who in turn was quite rude to us and said to go and wait in the department that we needed. In the end we left which in turn lost the store a sale and defintely will not be returning to this lazy location. Why even have a store open if you cannot staff it with people who honestly want to help. Best Buy needs to look into the way their staff behave and interact with customers. It would help that if they are short staffed or for whatever reason that a wait time is given so that customers can make an informed decision whether to wait for service or to leave if they have other errands that need tending to. Customer service here is low par.
