Great stop - Missouri store has wine, bourbon, vodka, etc. Great place to taste product samples around noon. Always fill up with gas. Recommended.

Breaks my Heart to write this type of review for my FAVORITE franchise Wholesale store location. Can't believe my husband was treated with FULL DISRESPECT at the food court today. We ordered a Strawberry Sundae which should include Strawberry syrup and Strawberry chunks BUT end up with a cup of just plain Strawberry ice cream. I truly understand being busy and messing up orders with multiple items but this is ONE single item. At around 7:30pm on Tuesday 08/29...what is UNACCEPTABLE is the DISRESPECT that my husband received from a "not sure her name but Tall African American lady who works the front," stating why u take the ice cream if it's not correct. Well excuse me but WHO is the customer and FYI, I'm the one who ordered and he picked up from what you gave my husband. So whose fault is it to mess up a VERY simple one item order? All we asked is to make it right, how hard is it? We don't need the EXTRA UNNECESSARY DRAMAS that brings COSTCO reputation downhill. Costco don't HIRE/PAY employees to disrespect customers and chase them away to Competitors like SAM'S CLUB! I love Costco BUT this type of behavior is Ridiculously UNACCEPTABLE and need to be addressed accordingly or else expect to lose more and more customers to Competitors.

Costco is always outstanding. They have much better brand names than Sam's Club, and have a better ethic about the quality of what they sell. I've been a member of both, and dropped my Sam's Club membership after a few years of comparison shopping. Yes, some items at Costco are a little more expensive than a comparable item at Sam's Club, but usually also light-years better quality and backed by a much more stable brand name. Service at Costco is always excellent. I've never had a single problem returning anything from food to clothing, and electronics. Costco truly bends over backwards to ensure your satisfaction. Certainly cannot say that about the other place.

I think it is really petty to write a review for a cup of ice cream that can easily have been corrected by letting the cashier know what has happen and pointing out her race was unnecessary. This woman is always busy when I come in the store so it is nothing that should cause her to lose her job. I have seen the guy who worked evening with her drop a stack of cups on the floor pick them up and continue to make the sundae. She actually threw them away when I told her what happened.

When I call there's never an option to press to speak with membership area where in the store those go to exchange or start/update their cards... Got to call ever other extension and still get line disconnect...WHY

Pick one. Either check the card at the door or check it at the register. I use self checkout due in order NOT to have to deal with another human especially if the store is crowded. And now here's another hiccup in an already stressful situation.

Got a new set of tires there and the tire guy was very knowledgeable about tires and very helpful.

Been a member since 2000. Still like all of them in KCMO and Metro area. Been to ALL of them. Also Been to one in Canada for English candy. 2022. Fun walking in Costco on a Hot day using their A/C while walking 2023.

I can see! I lost my glasses and my eye doctor is in Pasadena CA. I was hesitant to have anyone else fill my prescription as I have a very tricky situation with trifocals high stigmatism and it normally takes 2 to 3 weeks to get my glasses and if they are wrong I have to start over. I've been stuck in KCMO on a remodel and was working with just my prescription sunglasses. The amazing folks at Costco optometry got my prescription to me in 4 days and not only were they perfect, I paid $200 less without insurance than I normally pay after using my insurance. Oh, and they got me a second pair with $50 off. Thank you Costco.

Only time I had bad customer service here,Melissa E demeanor comes off as rude and nonchalant,I’ll continue to shop here but will not check out with her

Sometimes you crave a Costco 1/4 lb beef hot dog for lunch and what a deal, still $1.50 and that includes a beverage! Pic taken just after a rush, staff did a fantastic job cranking out orders and Sarah did awesome with mine. Glad it slowed down a bit for them. The crew at the food court has always been terrific, polite and friendly while everything is always clean! A+ Service, great work!

I usually find what I'm looking for. The associates are very helpful and nice. The prices are good and if you're a care pass member, you save money.

Went in and grabbed one item. Stood in line for the self checkout and just got to the front only to be told I had supposedly been standing in a non-existent line and I had to go back to the end of another line. I had one item and stood in a line. Probably would have been smarter of Tracy to let me check out really quickly. I have been hesitant to shop inside before but now I definitely won't be renewing my membership.
