Brad was awesome got my phone issues resolved prompt and efficiently kudos.

The new store is much bigger than the old location, seemingly less crowded. The new design is very nice. You can get things done pretty quickly.

Dropped in sans appointment, but R-Mon was able to help me straighten out a minor technical issue with my iPhone

Called ahead of time to make sure that I could get my screen protector replaced under its “lifetime” warranty. Was told that it should be no problem. Arrived and had the employee take off my screen protector, then ran to the back to grab the new one. Once he returned he told me it would be $50 and that if I wanted the warranty replaced one I had to do something online. Now I am left without a screen protector or a way to get a new one. I have been calling the store directly and no one will answer the phone. I have been calling for hours.

Good area to walk and window shop and there are a variety of restaurants to choose from.

Ordered a watch for pickup not realizing it was day after launch day. Still a relatively small wait and courteous assistance. The watch is great but instructions are such small type!

The service of the staff is not good, a certain worker did not have a good service performance and his character was very abrupt
