Cleveland Hopkins International Airport

It's old, but functioning well. The staff is VERY helpful. The bldg is well signed and it's easy to move around.

Loved the numerous varieties of food and shops. Starbucks line wasn't incredibly long and they were efficient with time.

I used the rental car shuttle and it was a long long long walk. They only picked up or dropped off at that spot. Most other airport shuttles at least drop you off near your departure gate. The shuttle drivers were friendly and helpful. Improvement to the signage near the TSA pre check would be nice. I was barked at by a TSA agent because I was in the crew line. They was a small piece of paper that was not noticable. It looked like a photo copy for church pot luck.

Signage could be better, lanes marked better, otherwise good.

One of the best easiest airports

A great place, you need to go and travel get out and see the good old US of A ....Cleveland rocks
