I was just in Best Buy in Summerlin and I had this great sales person name. Tyler helped me out and it was awesome and I bought an iRobot J7 and he was super knowledgeable and I absolutely recommend that you talk to Tyler if you go to Best Buy Summerlin there’s no one else to talk to you I tried to get Health from somebody else actually three other people and no one would help me but I’m giving advice or review to Tyler because he was great and he knew everything about vacuums he got things down for me just so I could look he was really amazing thank you Tyler you rock

Five stars for our Microsoft Advisor, Cole. We came in with my mother wanting a new router. Cole approached us offering assistance. He was attentive, kind and gave us the best customer service. My mother is older and uses a walker. Many times we are met with stand-offishness and re often neglected. Kudos to Cole. He explained what would happen clearly and with such a kind attitude. I was really touched.


I wanted an ice machine. They didn't have the one I wanted. However, I was greeted at the door, had a service person walk over, to ask what I needed, and look up the item. That reminded me of what good ole customer service used to be. Awesome job guys!

Would encourage you to stop by this location , it is no doubt very convenient in place and safety , all do have a wide selection of products but I have had the best experience from the customer service from most employees specially Maddison and David who put in all effort in answering my questions. I truly thank them. This location is usually well stocked.


Went to pick up a cellphone. The one they had wasn't the right carrier. Salesperson we worked with was extremely helpful and found the right one a few miles away. They made the process super simple. Ordered and paid for it at the store I was at. Just had drive to other store with my receipt and pick it up. Painless..


Great customer service and very happy the box was in perfect shape. Competitive prices but stock was across town an another location but still overall happy!!!!

The staff was so disappointing and frustrating. I ordered a laptop online to be picked up within an hour. Went to this location exactly an hour but they made me wait half an hour more. They said, it was not ready they have not pulled out the laptop because they might not even have it. They also saidbthat they havevto wait for the funds to clear, even showed them that it already took out from my account. After an extra 30 mins of waiting they said come back tomorrow. I was so annoyed so I just left. I'll cancel the transaction when I get home, so unacceptable and unprofessional

My old Tower died, so I went to Best Buy to look at new models with all the current upgrades. Really surprised at the limited number of desktops and towers. All were on the lower end of the spectrum for performance and quality.

Wow, I have found great customer service! It is rare these days. The team here at Best Buy in Summerlin is the best. The two awesome guys, Daniel and Derek, that helped us purchase a Samsung stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer were friendly knowledgeable and offered great Labor Day pricing. The only deduction to review us the delivery time is usually 4-8 weeks backlogged and comes ftom their warehouse in AZ. You cannot take home appliances same day. Keep up the great service guys!

DON'T ORDER or SCHEDULE GEEK SQUAD WORK VIA ONLINE OR THE PHONE!!! You must go into your local store to make sure they schedule the Geek Squad, and not the default 3rd party tech install contractor, Manada. Manada is a bunch of badly dressed, bad mannered, short cut workers with bad attitudes. I mistakenly ordered a TV Wall mount install online and Best Buy sent 2 morons from Manada, who in 40 minutes, used the wrong mount, installed it off-center, and made it so close to the wall, I could not access the HDMI or Audio ports behind my 75 inch TV!! When I called the next day to have Manada come back to fix their poor work. The same moron who botched the first install called me to say he was not going to return because the work was finished. I asked him to return to see the bad work and instead, he called Best Buy and CANCELLED the appointment I made with Best Buy for a re-install!! I called Best Buy multiple times and kept getting staff in India or Pakistan....never a USA based customer service rep. After many calls and raising my anger level many times, I finally got a Geek Squad crew to visit but they could not do the job as it originated online. They advised me to go into my local store on W. Charleston in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas. I was not happy but I went in. I spoke to Manager John Yuri and Consultant Daniel G who listened and fixed all my problems. They helped me get the correct TV mount and assigned the best Geek Squad Techs around, Lawrence Tapia and Roland, to visit my home in a couple days to RE-DO the mess Manada created. They were FANTASTIC, respectful, polite, and competent. Huge thanks to John, Daniel, Lawrence and Roland!!!!!! You guys kept my business after being a Best Buy member for 20+ years. MANADA is a bunch of CLOWNS.
