- I'm giving 3 stars to Best Buy but ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ to Chase I believe he was a stocker. This young man seen me standing at the phone department for a long while. He treid to call for help then went to go get help. I was waiting at least 25 minutes but Chase went back at least 3-4 times to try to get someone to assist me. That's not just great customer service, that's an awesome young man! People like Chase are reasons I might come back. Thank you Chase for your awesome customer service and your overall care for another person. A kind smile and soft voice is nothing compared the work Chase does for your customers Best Buy. Hope he is taken care of well and hope you train more people to be like Chase. I'll give Aaron 3.5 stars for just being nice but we made eye contact at least 2 times while I was waiting for that 30 minutes without help! SMH.
