Rude Managers and staff. Untrained and uneducated. They only employ High School Kids or equivalent. Minimum Wage jobs. They have absolutely no clue how to problem solve most simple issues with Hardware or Software.

I had some problems with my iPhone 13 ProMax (self induced)!
I’m catching a flight to Ohio to visit family, so I’m panicked. I get online with my iPad
and book an appointment at the Apple Store. I can’t believe my luck to get a same day appointment. I rush to get to the Apple Fashion Show location. I check in at the door and a young man directs me to the problem solving area. I’m greeted by an associate named Chris. I explain to him I have an appointment to fix my phone. He checks and can’t find my name and checks something else and finds I do have an appointment, but at a different location.

As there was no one waiting he asked the problem and then worked on my phone for about 5 minutes and corrected my screw-up.
