Love this place great customer service

Muy mala atención.. la gasolina muy mal ubicada y los empleados .. muy mala actitud bueno .. no la recomiendo en lo mínimo no hay panadería no área de empaquetado de carnes.. fatal

Nice and clean store. Great variety of items. Friendly staff, answered our questions about items they have in stock. We are from out of town and stopped at this location on our way home, because it's conveniently located right off I-15. Matthew on the register ignored me while speaking to every co-worker who went by. He didn't speak to me, pack the box I retrieved, and began scanning the next order before my purchased items had been cleared away. I've been a member since 1988 starting in CA, and I have never been treated with such lazy disregard in all those years. I hope this is not the future of Costco. The liquor section is almost non-existent, except one vodka kind, white claw, one or two wine selections and some beer. It's a business center, so I guess they have more household items. Overall we enjoyed shopping there. Found a nice garden hose and some snacks for the kids. We were there on a Saturday at 11 am and it was pretty empty inside, no lines, good time to shop.

Just wanted to shout out one of your employees, Chris, (younger guy) on his great customer service! It's hard to find these days, keep that guy around

I like this place because it's very convenient on my way. Plus it's close to the Freeway in either direction.

I like coming to this Costco . Not for everything but some things. I’m having problems with my shoulder and it’s makes it so painful I don’t like using my right arm for anything. It’s nice to know that even their assist. mgr Robert will help put in two cases of water to someone’s car, though it was supposed to be someone else and I him stopped thinking it was him.

Remember when Costco had a "risk free" return policy? Not anymore! I tried to return an item they had placed in the wrong location so it cost a lot more than I expected. I caught the error before leaving the store. When I went to return it, they told me that they would do it this once, but after this my account was being flagged and that I was now a "repeat returner" and should not expect any further refunds. Remember, it was their fault for misplacing the item! Membership cancelled after 20 years!!

Business center Costco. Four stars only because the drivers were being aggressive trying to get out of the parking lot at the stop light. NO CLOTHES OR FOOD COURT! The Henderson Costco has those, but it's about 25 minutes away via freeway.

I've been shopping at this Costco during its inauguration and before it was converted into a business center. Throughout the decades, this establishment has above par custom relations and I never really have any real complaints. However, the check-out woman, Jaz, needs to better prioritize her agendas as an employee and not concern herself so much with socializing with other co-workers. As a small business owner myself, I truly believe details matter..... for Rome wasn't built in a day, or better yet, torn down.
