Great service at this Costco. Always an enjoyable experience.

I Braved the war-zone of the parking lot shenanigans and then the barrage of shopping cart sorties coming at you to only walk around aimlessly in search of kitty litter only to find out 30 minutes later that they don’t have any it’s on order meaning they don’t know when they’ll get it per the store personnel

Good deals but bulk quantities,however, they need to work on their phone app.

This is one of several Costco locations I have been to while visiting sick family between my home in Las Vegas and the Bay Area each month. I do get confused as different stores have layouts that are reversed or sideways from my home Costco.

But I find green bananas and bagged rotisserie chicken and grain free chips at all of them.

No trouble parking because I park as far away from doors as I can, so I get my steps each day.

This is my favorite Costco in Vegas. Weekends are crowded though...

Decided to stop at this Costco location. Wow, the worst costco I've ever been. Self checkout people daydream, leaving customers to lift extremely heavy objects(in contrast to sams costco doesn't have those handheld scanners, you have to place the items on the scanner). Tire center even worse, incompetent. In the parking lot outside, the cart bays "overflowing". I guess the district management are on a long leave!

What can u say about Costco u get what you need and you get out

The Summerlin Costco must have the most unhappy checkers in the city . I have had enough of this my last experience with an older Asian women I think her name was Maiaki or something to that nature was so rude to the customer infront of me an older women who was having issues with her card the checker spoke to her as if she was an idiot repeating is it debit or credit four times the customer was getting flustered and more upset then it was my turn to check out and again this checker was extremely rude when I asked for a box she said we are limited and continued to toss the items to the girl helping basket the items . This store is extremely busy and they are constantly changing location of items and none of the aisles are marked with items making customers look forever for things because there’s very few employees on the floor to ask for help and when you do they are very bothered . Costco needs to focus more on customer service

This Costco location is one of the worst. The check out aisles are ridiculous and the employees are very rude rushing and throwing items into the cart and making a ton of mistakes There is also a group of men that loiter infront of the entrance they are always there and I have spoke with the manager about it he stated they work for instacart and would take care of it . Yet there they sit . They are loud and have vulgar mouths . I will not be going to this location any longer

I love Costco, but taking nearly 10 mins to get out the door (because not enough reps checking receipts) is a bit much.

Need improvement for customer service and supervisors kind rude and so means! They said ky wife Costco membership and she need to make payment and she use Apple Pay for payment! They said they need physical credit card for use Apple Pay! And they said we can add any name or address that wouldn’t accept even, it my wife address and name same as credit card on Apple Pay! Never I heard about you can make payment by Apple it wasn’t your name and address on Apple Pay! The supervisor talk with cashiers negative feedback as Costco treats their employees so bad! She doesn’t want to continue to work Costco.

Been awhile since I have been shopping at Costco. It was great fun

Crowded, but I can get a good wine for a good price. This year, a whiskey Advent calendar is available!
