TOP important and interesting reviews from patients

Amazing experience! Ray my pre-op nurse was outstanding Made the experience 100x better great personality. Alicia did my IV not a single mark or bruise. Robert my nurse during surgery was very polite and explained lots to me. Maria from anesthesia again took the time to answer any questions and then you have Alex who was there when I woke up and assured me all was well. Then they called 24 hours later to check on me. Simply amazing

Had a wonderful birthing experience. The staff was friendly and knowledge. The handled me and my family with care and responded quickly when an emergency occurred during my delivery. I felt like my baby and myself were in excellent hands from nurses to dietary. Thank you for the great experience and care.

I couldn't have asked for a better hospital experience.

Check in was easy and organized.,friendly, kind well trained staff. The food wasn't too bad and of course a little slo w getting meds while busy times is expected. Large quiet rooms with the TV streaming all types of music..icing on the cake. Thank you Centennial Hills!

Most of my nurses that worked with me was very nice and caring .except the two that took me into the ct scan. I just had hip replacement. The guys put me on a back borad and started to tranfer me from my cot to the table . He dropped my onto the ct table . As I was in enough pain dropping me was not a good idea . Then I raised my knees because I couldnt lay flat. Waiting for him to put something under my knees . He and the lady working with me . Apparently they raised the bed and for some reason other than making sure I was situated before starting me in the machine they jamed both knees . Which was not good on my pain level . After that they put me back on my bed and dumped me again . On the side of my hip surgery. I love the nurses on the er floor but I would not let this man or this tech to treat my dog. They stood the laughing and talking to each other. Never once said, oh we are sorry . Are you ok .? How bad was your pain . It was a big middle finger to me . I was just a job they reciever a check from . Now as far as my hip and back pain . I have been set back almost a week at least. These ppl, I certainly hope they lose thier jobs .What they did to me was not professional to say the least
Thank you

Worst hospital ever, they almos kill my husband with alot of medicine that was making him sick they might be doctors but honestly they dont know nothing, if it wasnt for me that saw everything and noticed what was making him worst they would of just continue, and not giving him nutrients or hydrating him until I ask them to give him something, and them saying that he was not gonna make it.. I thank God for helping me not giving up and noticing what was going on.. PS after we were available to go home the literally just said you can go now there is no use for you guys to be here if I didn't wanted to take him to a rehab center no paperwork of discharge nor nothing and no follow up..!!!

Everything was fine until I encountered the discharge doctor who was the most insensitive Doctor I have ever met. I am currently still having pain in same kidney area. The other staff was fantastic. Charles and the Physical Therapist assisted me by answering basic questions anyone would have leaving any hospital and in severe pain.

I went with my husband because I had fallen down the stairs in My Home a week before thought the pain will go away, but it only got worse. They were very polite and kind in the beginning. All the professionals came out to the ER to bring me for x-rays talk to me register me, etc. everyone was wonderful there. The doctor came out and said I had a spine compression and I had to see a spinal specialist. However he would give me muscle relaxers, lidocaine patches and a narcotic pain killer to resolve my. Very acute pain when I got home with the medication I found out it was just a muscle relaxer and lidocaine patches. I was very disappointed. I am not a drug addict and I needed something for the next few days because my Painting was keeping me awake. The doctors name was Dr. Spence, he literally lied to us and tricked us into going home without the painkiller. I am still in agony.

The seating to be taking care of in the back was terrible. All patients are sitting close together, face to face in chairs. There is no privacy. No rooms or beds. Service was very slow and inefficient. No sense of urgency when handling patients.

I spent 8 hours in the ER. They kept pushing zofran on everyone when no one had nausea. I was given my test results in a room full of people. Big HIPPA violation. The doctor said it was my appendix and they were going to admit me. When I told him I didn’t have one,(No one asked me about my surgerys or health history) the doctor told me that it was a virus and discharged me with a persctption of zofran (I have no nausea) and ibuprofen. Still in pain, a big waste of time, and they wouldn’t give me my test results to give to my GP.
