Had cable I needed to charge / transfer data with iPad and store employee was super helpful, but is a bit pricey. Went to BB in San Fernando Valley the next day for a similar cable. Again. helpful employee and had cable.

Have had one standard experience (associate helped w/ headset purchase) and one poor one.
I bought a Dell laptop from another Best Buy about a year ago. The computer started crashing and Best Buy replaced the motherboard under warranty. Unfortunately, the issue is ongoing, and the computer is unusable due to constant freezing and crashing.
I brought the laptop into this store where the Geek Squad was nice enough but ultimately entirely unhelpful. They did not complete basic diligence at that time so after accepting my computer to ship out for repair, they called me back several days later to report that it was out of warranty and they would not perform any repairs.
I drove out to the store where the manager reiterated that the laptop was out of warranty and there was nothing that Best Buy would do to assist. He did provide me with a Dell customer service number, which I called while in the store. Dell confirmed that my warranty is actually active for the next 2 months, but the Best Buy staff still refused to confirm that detail or to assist further.
I have been working with Dell to resolve my issue, without any help from this location.
Very disappointed in the customer service and will purchase from the manufacturer next time to spare myself fruitless multiple trips to the store.

horrible service. I purchased an iwatch from this store and was told I can return it for any reason within 15 days. I tried to do just that after confirming with Bestbuy in advance that there was a scratch on the watch. I took the time to drive down and once in the store, they were singing a different tune. The associates were difficult and in particular, Damien M Pada, the store manager would not stand behind the word of the associate who sold me the watch or the one I spoke to that day. I drove straight to burbank and they took care of me with no problem or wait. This location could use some training on customer service etiquette.

It is a good best buy, only 4 stars because they need more workers, I couldn't get help with an item because I didn't find someone around. (It was Sunday, maybe that's why)

Came here to pick up a Honeywell thermostat and had Zero issues getting my items. However the reason as to why I gave them a 4 star rating is because they still don't have all the item that other bestbuy stores have in higher income areas. For example, Burbank and Padadena seem to have more options on TVs displayed vs the Atwater Village Bestbuy. So if I want to see a specific TV in action before I chose to buy, I have to drive even further just to take a look. I hope they improve this in the future.

Update: 12/19/2022 the store has indeed improved and now carry some of the larger premium size tvs from LG and Samsung which helped me make my purchase possible. Please don't change that.

Update: 07/18/2023 came in to purchase a roblox giftcard for my son for his birthday and was able to pay for it with my bestbuy credit card. The cashier wasnt sure if it was possible but i told him ive done this before so it should work, im glad it still works otherwise my boy's birthday could have been bad considering this was the only gift i could think of getting my little boy. Anyways, another good experience at AtWater village bestbuy.

Zero customer service. I went yesterday to purchase a refrigerator. Walked past two employees a few times and they were too busy talking to each other at the counter, and didn’t bother to ask me if I need any help.
I’m going to HomeDepot.

I was looking for a translator but I was informed that only on line. Is that correct? I assumed BestBuy would probably have almost everything since it is so supplied with ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGY.
