Extremely rude and unattended staff. Refuse to answer basic questions about pricing and where products are. I walked in and tending to buy a $2,000 computer and left buying a coca-cola. I am usually a five-star kind of guy but this experience was particularly and I only decided to leave one star because after speaking to the manager, The experience only got worse with the staff not assisting me with a computer purchase.

Some electronics, kitchen and home accessories you can find good deals here, some you are better off online. They do have tech support, which is helpful for a neighbor of mine. If you have kids, watch out for the candy/soda at the cash registers.

Went in there to buy some DDR4 ram. Took a few minutes to get someone to open up the cage. Regardless I got what I want in there for.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this Best Buy like the plague. They'll probably be shut down in a year or so anyway. It is genuinely the WORST retail store I've ever had to shop at; the employees won't help you and as a matter of fact they'll go out of their way NOT to help you, avoiding eye contact so you don't take them away from their conversations with their fellow employees who are also doing absolutely nothing. They don't want you in their store and they make sure you know it.

Not a single person came to ask us if we needed help finding anything. All the employees were grouped together; one group of them at the back of the store and one near the front; all of them next to the products I don't doubt they receive commission for: the cell phones and appliances. Even the security guard didn't want to do his job -- bro was on his phone the whole time, and walked off the sales floor to continue his conversation.

Just skip it. Go to another Best Buy or better yet, order your stuff online. These people don't want your business.
