REVIEWS
- My daughter had a miscarriage. Brought in bleeding heavily by ambulance. Waited hours to be seen. Placed in room. No call light. Had to keep calling out for help. Waited hours to be seen. Her privacy was not a concern when being checked vaginally, as she could see people walking by looking in seeing between her legs. Eventually admitted and given 1 unit of blood. Should have been given at least 2 as her H/H were extremely low. She said it was a horrible experience and doesn’t recommend anyone go to the hospital because of the poor care and unprofessional, nonchalant behavior of the staff. I read other reviews while she was there and the recurring theme was that the ER was horrible.
- I’m just wondering how the staff through in trash everything regarding newborn baby, there is the foot print paper for my newborn left on the table in the room where they checked my wife up and we didn’t know we should take it because it was empty no name on it, then when we left hospital we found out the memory that we need for is not there, we called the hospital they said they trashed it, how come that happen i don’t know.
- Worst ER department I have been. I do understand the waiting but the waiting in this place is surprisingly the worst . I have exactly 9:08 pm and I was assisted at 7 am the next morning and it was not that busy. I don’t know what happened to the staff . But do yourself a favor please avoid this place . I don’t recommend this place at all .

- At 26 I was diagnosed w/a fatal (if untreated) bacterial infection that had already damaged my heart valve. I was initially sent to St Vincent Heart Institute but due to my age & condition it was decided I would receive more specialized care at Good Samaritan Hospital. On arrival the nurses/staff were waiting, my room was ready, I was made to feel at ease. The doctors/surgeons came over to introduce themselves & explained everything. The whole experience was flawless: medications, tests, prep, surgery, post surgery. I woke up in ICU with nurses gently wiping my face with a warm cloth ensuring I was comfortable. My room was spotless, food of good quality and the nurses/staff were absolute angels - kind and gentle. Upon my discharge the ICU nurses came down to say goodbye & wish me well. My post hospital home care (meds, some devices, nurse) was all set up and everything was explained. Overall I received the BEST care! If I had to go back to a hospital (I hope not) I would want to be at Good Sam no questions asked. This is an excellent hospital, feel confident that you or family/friend will receive the finest care.
- I recently had the opportunity to visit this Hospital and was blown away by the level of care and service provided by the staff. From the moment I entered the hospital, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere.

I can say I recognize from housekeeping to admitting nurses and doctors in cardiology . What an amazing experience thank you Doctor and staff. My mother had a surgery done here at 94 years old and it was a success. thank you all for the experience here was great .
