Once again Apple has saved me! I had to purchase a new Apple pen. I came to this location and Miguel assisted me with my purchase of a new Apple pen. This store is large and there are plenty of associates willing and available to assist you with your questions and purchase. When I walked in there a class was going on with tips for IPad 10 users. Miguel gave me a tips on the care and usage of my pen. Miguel asked if I need my parking ticket validated? I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Apple associates have always come through for me.

Hello! I had an issue with my screen on my 3500$ MacBook Pro. I’ve been using it for less than 2 years and my screen just got blurred and stopped working. Apple told me that’s not their problem and I have to pay 1000$ for the full screen repair (notice: I’ve never dropped it, I’ve never spilled anything on it, I’ve been using it very accurate).
And after that expensive repair I come home and realize that all my info was also deleted because they fully restored my MacBook. BUT NOBODY TOLD ME TO SAVE INFO. They said, some info might be lost so save it, I saved all My documents just in case. But nobody told me that it will be ALL LOST.
SO DISAPPOINTED with Apple.

Huge store with attentive and professional crew

Worst customer service ever from Apple ( surprisingly! Usually Apple has the best one)..there was a manager ,his name was Eddy and he was too rude! He Didn’t help us with guarantee. He said, since you bought it from Amazon not us we can’t exchange it for you! And also laughed with other customers after we left the table! My husband and I are Apple customers for more than 10 years in different countries, we are very disappointed on the company by hiring unprofessional staff!

Had an amazing experience. I was visiting from Germany and my phone broke down mid trip. Received amazing assistance and a couple of employees came together to help me out best they could. It really saved my trip. Shoutout to Isaac and Nick!

wanted to give a huge shoutout to gregory, max, doug, jacob, and everyone else who helped get my iphone and mac trade ins set up and my new iphone up and running:

they all went above and beyond to get what i wanted done and their patience is unmatched, very grateful to the whole store, raises for everyone please!!

I just went to pick up my order which is Iphone 15 pro. There is a sign for pick up. I was told to get in the line. I got in the line and waited for 20 mins. When it was my turn, I was told to check in or they can't help. They told me to get in the line again in a really rude way. Of course, I left the store. I'm going to cancel my order and I think it is time to try other brands since Apple customer service is very bad. They should really trained their employees and care about their customers.

Obviously cool looking store, super popular so you will be waiting, go grab coffee from % arabica to keep you up :)

They wasted a full hour of my time. I had to see four different people just to be told that my issue is not covered. They could’ve wasted less time by asking more questions upfront. Also, the product’s serial number was non readable which took them 30 minutes to read before they gave up. That seems like a product flaw to me. They were professional about it but I am still upset that I wasted an hour and that my issue couldn’t be resolved.

This Apple store is simply magnificent. It has 16 natural trees growing inside. It has super high ceilings and a mirrored ceiling. There is always lots of people here but also lots of available employees. There are lots of devices on diaplay that you can try. They also give short talks on different Apple features. I recommend you to visit!

The area is nice and posh, but the staff here is not friendly at all. Just business, not a smile to you. The variety is good.
