Consulate General of France in Los Angeles

I renewed my passport at the French consulate in Los Angeles. Two weeks to get an appointment, parked easily nearby in a street, arrived five minutes earlier. The person in charge was right on time, accommodating, smily and gentle. Clear explanations, very professional interview. I received my passport three weeks later as estimated by the consulate agent. I highly recommend this office.

Le 15 août après-midi j’ai perdu mon passeport j’ai envoyé un mail au consulat dans la nuit ils m’ont appelé le lendemain matin car j’avais mon vol le 16 août à 19h ils m’ont pris en charge je me suis vraiment senti aider. Je tenais à vous remercier pour votre rapidité et votre professionnalisme j’ai pu avoir un laissez-passer très rapidement et j’ai réussi à avoir mon vol pour rentrer à Paris le soir même.

Los Angeles consulate is not located in downtown which was a plus. The offices are very clean and welcoming. Sandra was very professional and pleasant. My appointment was quick and easy. I was in and out and got my passport in the mail within 3 weeks as Sandra told me it would. Merci!

I went to the consulate to renew my Passport, Sandra helped me with the process. Everything went smoothly and took a short time. She also helped me with other questions I had. I was very pleased with my visit.

Sandra is the absolute best. She not only processed my passport application (received the passport today) and my consulate registration, but did everything so I wouldn’t have to come back to LA, as I live two hours away. She corrected errors she found in my dossier and got everything done smoothly and seamlessly in very short order. Thanks Sandra!
