ABOUT

Who are we? Well, we seek out the finest natural and organic foods available, maintain the strictest quality standards in the industry, and have an unshakeable commitment to sustainable agriculture. Add to that the excitement and fun we bring to shopping for groceries, and you start to get a sense of what we’re all about. Oh yeah, we’re a mission-driven company too.

The original Whole Foods Market opened in 1980 with a staff of only 19 people. It was an immediate success. At the time, there were less than half a dozen natural food supermarkets in the United States. We have grown by leaps and bounds since our first store opened.

I greatly appreciate supervisor ERIC who was so nice and helpful to me... this in stark contrast to a young, male hot bar food employee who TREATED ME SO RUDELY. Were it not for Eric helping me in such a friendly way, I would have left Whole Foods and bought food somewhere else. NOT ONLY DID ERIC HELP ME, BUT HE KEPT WHOLE FOODS FROM LOSING A CUSTOMER. THANK YOU, ERIC

I placed a flower order for pick up through Amazon but the flowers didn’t come with a vase so I decided to buy one. Miriam went above and beyond. I simply purchased a glass vase and she adorned it so beautifully! Thank you Mariam!!

The woman working inside the parking lot is unbelievably aggressive. I’m inside of my car, I see pedestrians walking therefore I stop to allow them to clear my path (the law). This woman, she rushes over and acts like a cross guard. Only problem is, she tried to shame me for obeying the law. Unnecessary.

In addition, she treated white patrons differently. Colorism at it’s finest.

Good place to buy stuff eventhough a young Latina woman asked me to step outside because they were a few minutes early to open, decided to buy coffee & pastry at Starbucks near their corner instead, not the expected experience after returning as an ex worker of this place when this location open over 20 years ago

Sometimes stock is low for frozen items. Make sure you park on the ground level for free parking

I went to get a sandwich on lunch hour and the person taking care of that department don’t even ask if you need help they just look at you and don’t anticipate your need. I have to tell him can you help me. Mind you that was not even busy. As he was making my Sandwich he did not have the ingredients for it. It took 25 Minutes to get a Sandwich not very friendly personal. Last time I go get a Sandwich at this location Westwood Store.
