Tesla Los Angeles-Centinela

Just when I was about to give up on Tesla customer service, I came across this location and couldn't be happier. I will leave my Cybertruck reservation intact after all, and avoid going to other locations that just can't seem to get their stuff straight.

I've had nothing but positive experiences at this service center. My concerns are always promptly addressed and everyone I've come in contact with has been kind and pleasent to work with.

The mechanic stole a $100 Milwaukee flashlight and battery out of my car and the management told me to take a hike. The customer service here is terrible. Don’t go here. Who does that!?

Have come to this service center multiple times in my 3-4 years of owning a Tesla. They’re absolutely incredible. Starting with the employees at this service center, Nathan is not only extremely kind and friendly, he goes above and beyond for you to give you the best experience possible. For me, I had a couple issues that were outside of the norm, he fixed all of them and did so in incredible ways. The service center itself is very clean, modern, and offers coffee and snacks for anyone waiting. All service reps and employees are very nice and most importantly smart. They think fast and in the benefit of the customer almost always. My previous car was an Audi convertible and every time I needed servicing I was procrastinating it and not wanting to go in because it’s never fun to go for servicing. But in my years of owning a Tesla and needing servicing, I’ve almost always looked forward to my trip there because I know I’m going to be greeted, taken care of, and given an amazing experience. This location amongst numerous others of theirs near or in Los Angeles, CA have been incredible. All around best servicing experiences I’ve ever had.
