I literally work in the petsmart and they still couldn’t give me the right information they didn’t notify me the day before the appointment or day of and when I was halfway there I called and they said I couldn’t be seen because of a debt that another person said wouldn’t be a problem! Do not go here if you have standards

This is a review for Banfield located inside PetSmart at Midtown Crossing, Pico Blvd and San Vicente, in Los Angeles. Jalil, the practice manager, checked me in and checked me out with my cat. He's great. My first time visiting with Dr Acosta. She was great. I'm also happy that Linda still works there. She was always my favorite employee there and at the (now-closed) La Cienega and 3rd location.
