I dislike the greeter setup as you come in. The man was nice but somewhat intrusive and wasn't informed after he asked how he could help. Went to the TV area and can't find any help. Left without buying anything. Ditch the greeter unless they are going with you to help you.

We were returning a product that we had insurance on the had two rep working the counter. The rep. That left went over and started talking with co-workers. While there were three customers waiting to return items, three more customers were a total of 6 waiting. The girl who was helping when first came in was still talking with her co-workers it took us 45 minutes to get waited on when we left. There were still 4 customers waiting as we walked out the door. The girl that left was still talking with three co-workers. I believe she should have come back and helped with the customers thats been waiting, but they didn't thats why I wrote this, and I only gave two stars

it never fails when I go to Best Buy. I can never find a sales representative. this is the thing that makes people go on line to do there shopping or go to there competitors, if wasn't for having a best buy charge account I probably would have went to the competitor and made my purchase

Don’t really seem to want to help people find items. Seriously disappointed!!! Items that showed in stock on app for this store were no where to be found. Mobile checkout not working. Cashier crazy slow.

Always horrible service here. I am trying to give them business and there is never anyone around to help. I had to line up in a queue for the privilege to be helped by one of the employees. I ended up just leaving and buying elsewhere.

Great service all around and the staff very knowledgeable. They will give advice when asked and assist you in any way. The store layout is nice with clear signs showing where an item is. I have found them to be competitive with even inline markets like Amazon, etc. In fact, at times their prices are way better. As said at the start, service is quite speedy for the most part and well organized.

Everytime I go in there and need assistance, "I'm busy" either going out to smoke or something else. Then when you walk out the door, they want to help you. But everywhere they're on you soon as you enter the door! And really help you!!!

Removing movies was a huge mistake. Bad enough driving there is way out of the way for me but I still went to pick up movies and videogames. Gamestop has a better rewards for gamers. now I really have no reason to go especially since the rewards club is horrible now.
