Went there 10/22/23 5:30pm.Looking for a 19in TV..Asked the door greeter if they sold tvs that small? He said No! So I decided to look for myself. Found 19,22,24,27,32.. Then I was looking for sales person. 45min later I found them.. They answered my questions as if I was nobody! They said all those tvs are the same help yourself.. Wow.. So customer service,salesmanship,tact... NOT ON SUNDAYS AT ST MATTHEWS,KY! The cashier was the nicest person in the store ..

They took back an Amazon TV that the shipper left a foot print shaped crack in screen. They are set up for that so not cheating them or anything. Thank you for your help.

worst store when it comes to returns; their return policy states that an item can be returned within 14 days on most purchases, but there is no way to know what purchases are in that list.

A manager called Dan is so disrespectful and rude. I asked for a list of purchases, but he said go online and he walked away.

Just a very bad place and unprofessional managers who just care about making money, but they don’t care about customers or customers feedbacks.

Layout and visual appearance changes often. Currently everything is on open display with nice and wide aisles. Store is visibly clean and staff are respectful.

They had a wall mount for our tv. They had exactly what we wanted.
