Costco Wholesale Louisville

Sunday at 10am isnt a bad time to go...you can get in and out fairly quickly...but guuuuurl, you better get there early...and even then, the Christians are coming...they are out of church and hungry for a deal and some Chick-fil-A...that is unfortunately near by. The auto center here is about as helpful as a oh wait it isnt. What has two thumbs and gives no F-s, the staff working at the auto center. The store itself is what you'd expect...5lbs jars of Mayo, clientele prone to type two diabetes...you get the idea. The checkout staff does a good job dealing with volume as best they can.....I can say this with a 100% assurance, their bakery here is amazing!

Come on. It’s Costco. It’s gonna be great. Cheap gas. Free samples. Friendly care. Guy named Art helped me with my TV and he was fantastic. Does get quite busy on Saturday and Sunday. Pretty chill through the week.

Costco is my favorite store period. I may go in there for one thing and I still go down every aisle. Excellent product quality. Great prices and it always seems they have exactly what I need.

Going to Costco makes my wallet erect, but then it cries immediately afterwards.

Because their organized, the gas lines go fast! Muuuch better than Sams on Preston where cats get in line any kind of way!

What can anyone say about Costco that hasn't already been said

I went to this store for shopping again today, and their attitude towards customers has improved. I hope they can continue to do so and make customers feel at ease while shopping.

Costco has a great selection of products. I love that they sample their food items, giving customers the opportunity to try new things. I appreciate the variety of organic products that are available. Always a good shopping experience.

Unloaded quickly. Staff was friendly, personable and professional. I love delivering to the stores cuz I've yet to be held up.

Went to Costco today Oct 1 2023. Self check employee had a smart mouth and nasty attitude. Maybe Costco should give classes on how to talk to customers.

Whoever was working the gas station on the night of 10/3/23
was unnecessarly hostile about keeping my DIESEL rental truck running. Which I had to to match the amount require before returning. Thanks for ensuring I "follow the rules" You dork(yes I know immature) ended up paying more then needed for gas. This this after dealing with a muti grand truck repair so yes I'm stress, piss etc. This review is kinda just a rant but most importantly to the guy working that night you need learn how to appoarch the matter diffrently. No I don't expect an "friendly gentle kind" attitude or whatever. But his Iron fit attitude about it left a bad taste. Not returning to this location There is a way to have better "customer service" in this instance and still be frim about the matter. (Out of frustration) You suck!

Wow, almost got tackled, walking in to renew my membership, the card checker says go around the other side to membership, okay, well nature called and I had to stop by the bathroom. Some big rude dude , screams at me, you can't go past membership. I said I gotta use the ladies room, he says there is one here by tires. Well it's occupied and I walked on through to the regular bathroom. BIG JERK!!! I was just shocked at how evil and unkind they were being. Like. Chill out. Damn. It's not a military base ya bunch of weirdos!! Long story short, I will NOT renewing my membership, done with Costco.

The cashier's there treat you as if they are military sergeants. They way they yell at you for simply being new not knowing which side your basket goes on is Absolutely disgusting. However, I expect nothing less in Louisville, elegance is a thing of the past! Very tacky!
