I wish I could give this location 10 stars. I had an appointment and was promptly served. Unfortunately, my IPAD stop charging and I had given up hope. ALEXIS would not stop trying though. The first few times she tried, it just wouldn’t charge and I was beyond sad. She kept cleaning my iPad until she got it to come on. She walked me through the ICloud backup procedure, sold me a new charger and sent me away with a smile. ALEXIS SAVED THE DAY and I couldn’t be more pleased with that level of Customer Service.

Is a good place to get your phone

Went to the store to get help with my iPhone. They ended up saying it’s out of warranty so I will have to pay $700 for the service.
I have iPhone 14 pro max and I bought it in oct 2022. Guess they need a smart way to fraud people.

Takes a lot of time to attend even with appointments and arriving early.

Had what I needed in stock. Knowledgeable team member was professional and addressed my needs. Thanks

People were super nice, dude named Steve helped me out a ton, had a couple issues come up too. He was incredibly patient and kind during the whole thing. Even had me laughing a few times dudes great if you need someone to help you with someone he's got you

As one of the opening crew members of the original Oxmoor Mall Apple Store, it makes me swell up with pride when I walk around the new and improved location. A perfect store for one of the most important companies of the 20th & 21st century.

I don't know if I have the words to express how much gratitude I have for the employees at this store, especially the repair shop. Lewis and the 2 other repair techs were amazing. I had a one-year-old imac experiencing significant problems and just days away from the 1-year warranty period ending. Apple corporate initially denied the warranty and stonewalled me. With the help of Lewis, I was able to get the 3-year warranty, which covered the entire repair (~$1400). I am soooo grateful and really wanted to give you guys a tip but was told I cannnot. But please just know that you are making a difference and the work you do matters.

I managed to arrive at a good time and was quickly waited on. It was urgent that I replace my phone and Ricky was very patient with my questions, my not knowing the answers to his questions, my hypotheticals. He talked me through different plans and discounts with my service provider to be sure I was making the best decision for my needs. He was attentive and considerate, even offering me a chair. I have rarely received customer service at that level.

The Genius Bar is too congested for me to be honest but the staff per usual tip tier I’ve never been to an Apple Store an had a bad customer service experience I do hope they extend the Genius Bar because the seats and tables are just entirely too close for my comfort so many people were in there with their “service” dogs so that was uncomfortable also being as through I had my son with me who has chronic allergies to dogs that does require the use of an epi-pen maybe that wall separating the Genius Bar & main floor could be moved forward and maybe have a section for persons with service dogs to sit because you never know who can’t be around service pets/pets at all other than that the store was clean the staff was amazing and I did buy 2 iPads an Apple Watch and accessories with ease.

Ebony at Oxmoor Apple Store is amazing! She answered all of my questions and resolved my issue really quickly. We also had some great conversation while we waited for my phone to run diagnostics. This store is so lucky to have her. Her customer service is top notch!

They know their stuff here at the apple store, and will work with you until the issue is resolved

Stopped in to get my new iPhone during the launch day. Everyone was very nice and very organized with great friendly service. It’s what I would want from Apple. I really enjoyed the atmosphere also and the manger just pumping up employees.

Today: TY-Cody was tremendous. Very professional, swift and accurate.

Thankfully, my visit was short. The place was packed. The staff was friendly though
