NEW POST 10/22/2023 On another visit I ran into a warranty problem, Service manager Benji Taylor personally assisted me in resolving the issue and acquiring a loaner vehicle which is a big plus! With the help of service advisor George my vehicle was quickly and professionally fixed, he kept me informed of the progress and immediately called me that it was ready! Sometimes when you have a problem is when you truly find out just how great a service team can be, I personally want to thank Mr Taylor and service advisor George for the great service they provided for me!
- Overall service is good but one thing is consistently happen, they charged for the windshield fluid but didn’t put the fluid in the car. This is happen second time.
One more thing amazed me. They clean the from inside but only from front, not rear seat nor trunk.
