Ariel and the girl working there are amazing! I was having problems with my battery and they really helped me.

Their machine to check car codes is broken and has been broken for weeks (according to an associate) and when I tried to return a OBD scanner they said they can't and it's policy, but checking the website there's nothing that says about not returning electronics

I wanted to borrow a hex wrench really quickly to disassemble this table that wasn't fitting in my car and the store manager working there didn't want to let me borrow it?? So I buy it and I come back, with the tag on it, with the receipt and everything and he refuses to return the tool saying that "Autozone doesn't do returns on tools" which is confusing to me because at any other Autozone I've been to they accept returns on tools and they even ask why I wanted to return it. Never coming to this Autozone again the dude never even acknowledged me when I walked in. On the contrary the other red shirts working were very kind in assisting me to find what I was looking for. Very disappointed in the service today.
