Make sure you check every detail of a phone repair before you leave. Took a Samsung Flip for screen replacement, the outer screen did not come on... had to leave it for another day because something was left undone.

Waited an hour to get hold of the geek squad on the phone of a repair I had with them but nobody answer the phone for literally an hour on call. Just horrible !! Not one hour with customer service but one hour getting hold of some one at the store.

Not much toner. Lots of printers for sale. Unfortunately the printers are next to the stock room and you have to be careful not to get hit by a TV. The clerks don't stop.

Estuve visitando la tienda para adquirir el último iPhone Watch 2 y duré aproximadamente más de 45 minutos ubicando algún vendedor, asesor para realizar la compra y a todos los que le pregunté estaban ocupados, la tiene estaba vacía… no me quedo otra que irme, le recomiendo no visiten esta tienda, no tiene sentido de atención al cliente !!!

atendimento pésimo, foi na loja comprar 2 celulares e 1 tablet, simplesmente estuve parado por mas de 20 minutos entre o espacio de Apple e dos celulares sin ser atendido. Pedi ayuda para varias personas, no habia nadie en la tienda, eran las 6pm del dia 19 de octubre, no apareció ningún vendedor. Fui al centro de atención al cliente y fue peor, apenas me escucharon sin explicación. Dije que me iba de la tienda, nadie hizo nada para pararme, es decir, nos da igual, al final eso no nos prejudica en nada. Sólo la persona de la entrada pidió disculpas cuando percibió que salimos sin ser atendidos ni compramos. Fuimos a Best Buy Doral, fuimos muy bien atendidos y realizamos a compra dos productos. Ya tinha comprado una filmadora Canon la semana anterior en otra tienda y tampoco la experiencia fue tan mala. No es porque la tienda estava llena, no habia ni clientes ni vendedores, eramos los únicos en esas áreas de celulares. Uno de los vendedores que estava en el área fue a buscar un vendedor y después de 15 minutos no apareció. Otro estava acomodando accesorios de celular, su respuesta, esa no es mi área. El cliente con sin ser atendidos, y todos parados como si nada. Sin contar com 2 personas con uniforme de la empresa que pasabam al lado de nosotros sin perguntar si necesitabamos ayuda. Atendimento pésimo y total indiferencia com os clientes.

Heading to Walmart to get it. Better customer service in the area.
Mas de una hora esperando por algún empleado que nos ayudara con la compra de un Xbox . Todos los empleados estaban texteando en sus teléfonos y conversando entre ellos. Voy camino a Walmart para comprarlo.

Decent selection. I went in looking for a large Bluetooth speaker, and most of the shelves did not have prices for products. I did not end up purchasing anything.
