El carro no lo aspiraron, no me lo entregó nadie sino q yo misma tuve q ir con la alarma a ver donde lo habían estacionado. Mis carros anteriores eran Kia y puedo compararlos es con ellos. Yo llevaba el carro al cambio de aceite y me regresaban el carro lavado, aspirado, me lo traía un valet parking hasta la puerta del Dealer. La atención era excelente.

Good wait and great work on my car

Very bad service and it is insane about the price here. You will have to pay about $750 for just a tail light. Not to mention that after I said I dont want to do it, he still took my car apart. I even replied through the link they sent me over text. By the time I got here, they told me to come back the next day cause there is no technician and my car pieces are all over the ground. I need an explaination. It does not make any sense to me.

Quisiera tomar un momento para describir mi pérdida de tiempo intentando hacer una transacción con gente que está especializada en NO resolver problemas.

Llego a preguntar directamente si puedo comprar un carro que tengo como LEASING de Nissan “

Lo primero quien me recibe un calvo y me dice “oye yo no creo que aquí puedas hacer eso” #primera señal que aquí ganas de trabajar no hay.

Me dice ve y pregúntale al financista.

El financista de nombre Fernando. Nos recibe y le explico que lo que quiero hacer es comprar el vehículo que está en leasing. Pero no quiero comprarlo a nombre de quien esta el leasing si no a nombre de mi hermana.
Y le pregunto QUE DEBO HACER.

El me dice: nada tranquilo firmen estos documentos y les doy el payoff Amount para que un tercero venga con el cheque y se lleve el vehículo a su nombre.

$13400 payoff
+ 1200 en Fees y taxes

Entocnes tengo que irme….

Ir al día siguiente al banco.

Pagar un cheque de gerencia

Y se lo entrego en este caso a mi hermana que según Fernando ella puede ir con el cheque y se va con su carro.

Cuando mi hermana pide un Día del trabajo.
Llega allá y el señor fernando le dice en su cara “mmm aquí falta más dinero”

Mi hermana confundida me llama y me pone en altavoz:

Y le pregunto a Fenrando “ pero si ese es el monto que usted nos dio”

Y nos dice “si pero eso no incluye un fee especial que no mencioné anteriormente para que lo pueda tener tu hermana”

Ok: puedo pagar con otra cosa que no sea un cheque?

- No lastimosamente tienen que ir de nuevo al banco y pedir otro cheque por mas dinero.

—- Cabe destacar que le expliqué lo complicado que es nuestro horario y disponibilidad la primera vez y les repito: este csrajo me dijo que ese era el monto correcto para que ella se lo llevara literalmente

La falta de interés en resolver problemas es increíble.

Al final la respuesta del Financista fue decirle a mi hermana : “Bueno el solo se quiere ahorrar $60 “

¿Que nivel de falta de profesionalismo hay que tener para no prestar atención a que literalmente me dio el monto equivocado?

Qué hay que ir otro día menos de trabajo al banco

Pedir otro cheque y si mi hermana no puede ella tiene que pedir otro día libre?

Además de que no existe otra forma de pagar erque una en la cual tienes que ir al banco como si estuviéramos en 2005

Les recomiendo a todo el mundo que vaya a Nissan Palmetto 58 para una experiencia mejor.
