The entire surgical experience from start to finish was spectacular. The registration was smooth and the person registering me was very nice. The nurses were amazing very caring and talked me through what to expect the entire time. The anesthesiologist was very personable and reassuring. Dr. Speigelman as always amazing. He has a very calming presence and always DELIVERS!

Registering was ease and pleasant. The staff were eficiente and Courteous, the nurses were superb, knowledgeable and interacting and explaining what she was doing all along. The anesthesiologist also was super efficient as well the doctor doing thee procedure. He introduce himself, asked me questions, and explain was he was. About to periformes. The staff in the operating room make me feel at easy, they were fantastic. The nurse that attended me after (before and agree the procedure) offered me a drink and some cookies, also helped me put my shoes on and since I was still feeling unsteady she put me in a wheel chair and took me to the front of the building until my daughter pull up with the car. The entire experience was exceptional

Mal comunicacion de cuanto tenia que paga del seguro .Me dijeron que tenia que pagar 100 dollares y cuando llegue eran $1800 yo no iba preparada y me trataron agresivamente y pedi un arreglo de pago y la supervisora no me quiso ayudar.Realmente muy dececionada del baptist no esta para ayudar al paciente solo para enriquecerse.

I was at the Baptist Medical Arts Center for an eye operation. Dr Victoria, all staff members and nurses were very professional, friendly & warm
