- I went with my family for a school fundraising event. Cindy, the employee assisting the lanes was on point. Her disposition was second to none. The facilities were clean also.

- Susy short one with blonde hair at the counter in the front and also worked in the counter from kitchen is Amazing customer service with great attitude!!! The two gentlemen in the concourse excellent keeping everything clean and safe for kids to play. Thank you for great time.

- Had a super fun night on the lanes. Food was great and service was super attentive, especially Alexa at the front desk, she helped made sure me and my large party would be taken care of on a short notice and was beyond courteous throughout. Definetly see myself coming again!

- Went bowling with my 6 yr old son. I dont know if it was just bad luck but had a really bad lane. Had to call for help around 4-5 times. Spent approx 30 min in waiting time during these moments of assistance. Now, I understand it was kind of busy, but what upset me was that when I needed assistance and would flag a serviceman to come over, on their way over, they would stop to talk to other customers who had not called them. No consideration for the customer who cannot bowl till they fix problem. My son was repeatedly asking when were they coming. I just would not recommend them after this experience.
