I had such a great experience leasing my new Honda Civic. I specifically went to Braman Honda because of Yumi. She did such a great job at listening to my needs, presenting all the options in a way that way digestible to me and offering some honest advice. I was treated with respect and patience, and taken care of from start to finish. The process from speaking to her, to the financial manager and to the insurance specialist was streamlined and uncomplicated. This is my second Honda and I will definitely seek her out again in the future. Love my new car!

Came here to lease a new car for the first time. Everyone was kind, patient, and helpful. I was helped by the sales rep, Frank, and by Fabian in finance. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted, within my means. Huge thank you also the insurance agent at Braman Honda that helped me get the best deal on insurance. I am very happy with my experience and in love with my car. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called today because I need to get the information of my CR - V that I bought 3 years ago because I don't have it. I spoke with a receptionist who is cleared not well trained.. She told me that I need to call my insurance. I was asking for my second insurance the one that the financial department has to add to the sell, she did not understand my question spoke with somebody and told me that I have to call my insurance. This company only care about selling cars not helping costumers. By law they need to have this on record, but they do not want to help.

Definitely, not coming back to buy a car. I requested a sales person that speaks english but they send someone that i couldnt barely understand. Then, finance person was showing my option, but did not have any patience at all to explain to me my options! I was not sure if want to finance or lease but i guess he didnt care too much for a prospect customer. So yes, im taking my business someplace else.
