- This is a high traffic location so I do understand the frustrations but I have been renting here for over a year without issues, and always been taken care of. You need to realize they won’t honor a last minute reservation and to have a vehicle you reservation needs to be in at least 48 hours before pickup. Be patient and work with the staff, they really do try there best to help situations and to get you out the door with a car. Thank you for the years of service so far.

- We had a smooth experience. I rented from airport, dropped here the next day. I called an Uber ($20 estimate) but the shuttle came in about 20 mins and beat the Uber. Driver was great. Fast and safe.

Prepare to wait for couple hours.
Very old systems, entering all your details manually letter by letter, entering credit card manually.
For each person it will be 30 minutes.
Especially for cruise return, don’t make reservation here. Don’t get trapped for Free car shuttle from port.
Still using old style printer that prints line by line. Each paper takes a minute to print.

Lines are insane leave plenty of time if getting on a cruise or returning from cruse. Shuttle drivers nice

The building is not very attractive &smelled a little stale but the staff were friendly & helpful. They quickly completed the car allocation process following my online registration. The Cara were located across the road nine a public carport which made it a little difficult to locate the vehicle.

They applied an extra charge for insurance that I never accepted and also the car was dirty and stinky so they made me call and wasted my time because of a mistake they made. I don't recommend this company.

Slow process, it took about 3h for us to get the car. The place was crowded and only two people to handle it. The staff was trying to handle the people.
