- I have seen a lot of bad reviews of this place but my experience was the opposite. I reserved a Minivan a week before my trip. When I got to pick it up everything was fast and easy. The lady from budget was kind, fast and explained everything to the detail. The minivan was awesome. I’m very pleased with their service.
- The staff was awesome. When I dropped off the car I had left my phone in the car and had made it to the airline ticket counter. When I realized my phone was missing I ran back to the drop off area. An employee directed me to Lost & Found. The lady went and found the car with the cellphone right where I left it. Years of memories were almost lost.
From the second day of my 11 day rental the change oil light kept coming on. My original assigned car was not in its pick-up location. They had to assign another car which I believe was just returned thus the car probably hadn't been thoroughly check for maintenance. This did not effect my experience.
- This review is specifically for Samuel at the Lost & Found with Budget. We dropped our car off and quickly realized we forgot something in the car. I went to the lost & found and spoke with Samuel. He spent over 25 minutes running around the parking garage looking for our car and was able to find what we had left. My family really appreciates his willingness to help us out. It would’ve been easy to just tell us no one returned our item and we are out of luck, but he really did go above and beyond. THANK YOU SAMUEL!
