MENU>>>

In the sleek, high-rise skyline of "Florida’s Riviera," Chayhana Oasis at 250 Sunny Isles Blvd is a vibrant, sensory portal to the ancient Silk Road. As the first authentic Uzbek restaurant in South Florida, it serves as a stunning cultural counterpoint to the surrounding glass and steel—a place where the warm, spice-laden hospitality of Central Asia meets the tropical breeze of Sunny Isles Beach.

A Carnival for the Eyes

Stepping through the intricately carved wooden doors is like entering a modern-day Tashkent palace. The interior is an unapologetic celebration of color: sparkling archways, mosaic murals depicting medieval life, and tables draped in glittering gold and "rainbow-zebra" patterns. It is an exotic, opulent hideaway that feels both luxurious and deeply "homestyle."

Why Chayhana Oasis is a Silk Road Sanctuary

The "Osh Plov" Masterclass: The soul of the menu is the Pilaf (Plov)—traditional Uzbek rice simmered with tender lamb, sweet carrots, and a proprietary blend of spices. It is rich, aromatic, and layered with the kind of complexity that only comes from hours in a heavy cauldron (kazan).

Flour, Fire, and "Samsa": Their Samsa (savory pastries) are a must-try. These flaky, golden triangles are stuffed with hand-chopped lamb and onions, perfumed with cumin, and served piping hot. Don't miss their "Non" bread—poppy-seed-flecked loaves that emerge from the oven twice a day, perfect for sopping up savory juices.

The "Lagman" Heritage: Their Lagman—featuring hand-pulled noodles—is a testament to the Silk Road’s geographic reach, blending Chinese noodle traditions with Central Asian spices and hearty beef-and-vegetable broths.

A Fusion of the Steppes: Beyond Uzbekistan, the menu masterfully navigates the flavors of the Caucasus and Eastern Europe. You can start with Turkish-style Dolma, share a cheesy Georgian Adjaruli Khachapuri, and finish with a slice of Medovik (honey cake) that is legendary among the local diaspora.

The Sunset Social

The restaurant’s outdoor patio offers a relaxed, unhurried atmosphere that is perfect for "people-watching" in Sunny Isles. On many nights, the air is filled with live music, turning a meal into a full-scale celebration. Whether you are washing down a charcoal-grilled kebab with a shot of top-shelf vodka or a pot of traditional green tea, Chayhana Oasis provides a sense of community that is rare in the fast-paced Miami dining scene.

Food is good but the service was really not good today. I was going to leave 10% but there was a mandatory 18%.

This place is absolutely wonderful! My Russian wife took me - a culture starved Utah boy - and we loved it! Wonderful atmosphere, wonderful food and service. It feels like you’re in a different country. No hustle to get in and get out. When you book a table, it’s assumed you’ll be there until late. You sit back and enjoy the food, atmosphere and music (on weekends). Our favorite restaurant in Sunny Isles.

Very nice spot. Delish food, great atmosphere and excellent service. Live entertainment on weekends. And you can smoke hookah outside. Visited the pace a few time while in Miami, consistently good times. Check it out.

I’ve eaten there several times. The food is very good, reasonable portion and decent value, but not cheap. My one complaint is how they handle reservations. I called for a reservation and requested a specific table and was told that you cannot reserve a specific table, but when I arrived at the restaurant, there was a reserved sign on that table. I do not like feeling that I am a second class citizen.

Wonderful place for eastern food lovers. Great food. Good service. Waiters are very nice and with smiles. Very decent prices. Overall 6 stars out of 5

The best Uzbek food I ever tried. Everything including drinks was delicious.

Fast seating, and the food preparation was fast as well. Staff was attentive and the food was well prepared.

Oh my gosh, I didn't eat home food for a year and I almost cried when I tried this! We took borsh, solyanka, olivie, vegi salad (feel like they grew it by themselves, so fresh), beef kebab. Everything was amazing! Thank you so much guys

Chaya Oasis in Sunny Isles is an absolute gem. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, with every dish tasting like real quality and care went into it. You can tell they use good ingredients and know what they’re doing in the kitchen.

The atmosphere is clean, relaxed, and welcoming, perfect whether you’re stopping by for a casual meal or coming with family. Service was friendly, attentive, and professional, which made the experience even better.

This is the kind of place you’re happy to come back to and confidently recommend. One of the best dining spots in Sunny Isles—highly recommended.

Amazing experience every time at Oasis Restaurant. Warm welcome from the hostesses, attentive and friendly service, and a great atmosphere. Special thanks to our waitress, Dina, for excellent service.

As a Georgian, I must say the Megrelian khachapuri and khinkali are outstanding — truly authentic and made with love. Highly recommend!

We’ve been here twice, and everything has been absolutely delicious. Our group tried many different dishes, and every single one was great. The khachapuri is amazing, the kebabs are very tasty — especially the liver kebab — and the potatoes were excellent. The compote was flavorful, and the manty were outstanding.

The staff is very friendly, service is fast, prices are good, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I definitely recommend reserving a table in advance, as the place is usually very busy.

Everything was delicious — great job, and thank you!

Amazing food and great quality. The plov, flatbread, and samsa were all delicious. The kebabs were outstanding — perfectly cooked, juicy, and very tender. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Honestly one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Wish there was a location in Charlotte, NC! Everything was beautifully plated, fresh, and cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service was very good too. We would love to return

Great service, but I tried better Uzbek food in the United States.

Pros:
- Great service (servers are multilingual)
- Good vibes and interior design
- Food is generally authentic
Cons:
- Plov was too lean and didn’t contain raisins and barberries
- Lepeshka (non/bread) wasn’t great. If it’s difficult to nail the basic one in the US, try making ‘patir’ instead.
- Tables/chairs could have been comfier (like c’mon, it’s an Uzbek restaurant

Absolutely amazing meal and atmosphere! And it was so special because of excellent Zakir’s service, he walked extra thousand miles for us. As someone who was born in Kazakhstan I got back home for an hour. Thank you Zakir and Chayhana team! We will be back a lot :)

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oasis Chayhana, and I must say that it was an extraordinary culinary experience, largely thanks to our server, Denis. From the moment we arrived until the end of our meal, Denis provided impeccable service that elevated our dining experience to new heights.
Denis greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, instantly making us feel welcome and valued as guests.
Beyond his exceptional service, the food at Oasis Chayhana was a true feast for the senses. Each dish was masterfully prepared and bursting with authentic flavors. The traditional Central Asian dishes were a delightful blend of spices, aromas, and textures that transported us to a culinary paradise. From the succulent kebabs to the aromatic pilaf, every bite was a revelation, leaving us craving more.
Overall, our time at Oasis Chayhana was truly memorable, largely thanks to our server. Combined with the exquisite flavors and impeccable presentation of the dishes, Oasis Chayhana is a hidden gem that deserves to be celebrated. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an extraordinary culinary journey, and I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit to savor more of their delectable offerings.

This restaurant has the most delicious food ever. Like you would think at-least one thing would turn out bad, but NO. EVERY SINGLE THING is Super Delicious. It’s a must for us to come, if we come around

First time trying this place out via delivery and was extremely disappointed. Being from NYC I have tried dozens of AUTHENTIC Uzbek kebab style eateries and this place is clearly NOT authentic by any means.
The Tashkent salad had over fried onions (cooked in rancid oil) blended into the salad. Usually its crispy fried onions sprinkled ontop
Cabbage salad overloaded with dried basil and fennel (or anais)
Kebabs bith lamb and beef were dry, overcooked and bland.
Lula was basically a lean ground beef burger in the shape of a "kebab"
The side of onions was the absolute biggest disgrace! Terrible bad quality onion stench and flavor! Stunk of mildew. Onions have to be WASHED and soaked in vinegar in these places. These were unwashed, partially spoiled and not soaked in vinegar.
The Borsh soup was vegan and skimpy but ok flavor.
The sauces on the side were KETCHUP BASED!! They're so darn lazy they can't make authentic sauce! It's not rocket science! Disgustingly sweet and clearly use ketchup as the base.

For the prices they charge, this is inexcusable and anyone who thinks this is a good quality Uzbek cuisine has seriously low standards. You should come to Queens in NYC and try several truly authentic delicious Uzbek restaurants.

the food was delicious, we liked it, but there are disadvantages. We ordered a lamb rib shashlyk and kebab. As a result, they forgot about the lamb ribs at all, and we were about to leave and asked to take it with us, we were given a box of food with us, but there was not a lamb ribs inside, but very small two sticks of kebab. I would definitely not pay $20 for such a thing, even without onions or side dishes, stupidly small two sticks the size of my palm without anything.
But general food was delicious , but it's a pity to spend so much money on such a small portion of meat without anything

I heard a lot about this place.. so I decided to try it out. I think it’s a big fish in a tiny pond - there’s no competition in FL for this type of food.
The service was good, friendly staff. Receptive.
The food, compared to NYC is shameful. Honestly, a waste of money. The shishlik portions were tiny, overcooked pieces of meat.
The manti dough was too hard and the meat inside wasn’t seasoned, not enough salt or spices.
The chiburek had a flat meat patty inside - honestly terrible. We ended up walking out of there spending more than $400 not sure on what though..
Verdict: Overpriced and overhyped.
Try Salut restaurant next time you’re in NY. No comparison for preparation, flavor and portions.
