- I came to change the 4 tires of my Cadillac, it was 5pm on Saturday... when I arrived... Mario told me that he couldn't change my calls... because they closed in an hour... he said he needed an appointment... but there was staff to work... the manaher Andrew…continued on the same path…their owners need to review who they put in charge. I do not recommend them!
- I went to change the oil of my car to Firestone and the employee told me that I had to wait 3 hours, so that means that I was going to be waiting until 7 pm. There was only 2 cars in front of me and both where already on the garage. I think this is unacceptable.
