- I highly recommend Honda of Aventura. Everyone there is friendly, welcoming, patient, and kind. Armando went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. He listened to my concerns, and treated me with professional courtesy. Armando shows commitment to his job, and provides an excellent level of service. I also spoke with Montevia, Brindy, Sergio, Lacilla, and Tito. All of them took time out of their busy day to speak with me. Their knowledge, hard work, and experience makes them important personnel at Honda of Aventura. They are true assets to the entire Honda organization. Horrible staff every time I come here. If I didn’t have a Honda I would never come. Every-time I come I get different prices from different employees. Got my oil change and asked them to quote me for a tire patch. 5 different employees all gave me different prices ?!?!?!? Ev Angelos tried to charge me 49.95 for a tire patch ?! Angelo always try’s to scam me every time I come here. Asked another guy in the store they quote me 35.99 and so on. Had to go speak to the manager who then says it’s 25.99. Like what the f man that’s just not right. Can’t be price gauging like this to loyal customers. Cashier lady was even worse couldn’t quote me a price on anything at all just keep saying idk. How you don’t know the prices of anything if you the cashier ?!? Deff going to be selling my Honda soon can’t keep dealing with all the scum at this office. Don’t come here unless you want to get scammed.

Discriminated and harassed by staff. Lost 6 grand on my trade-in 2017 Benz GLC. Lost 5 grand on a down payment for the '23 Honda Passport. Lost 6 grand cause they marked up the price on Passport.

Worst and pathetic service, do not go to this dealer. Internet sales person name Laz will call you in saying - oh ya come in we will honor the rates on our website and/or match the quote you have from other dealers, but when you go in they give you ridicules prices, complete rip off, not sure how they sleep by cheating and ripping people off.

Went their with my family they completely wasted our time after I confirmed on phone with the not so honorable internet sales person, again they came up with number in $500 to $600 way off. I finalized the deal with Rick Honda for half their rip off price.

Do not go here and waste your time.

Do not use this location’s service department. They price gouge services and tack on extra things you don’t need. They assume you are ignorant about pricing and repairs so they can take advantage of you. It depends on what employee you deal with, but at this point I’m so disgusted with their unethical practices, I will never trust them again.

Excelente Servicio!
Estuvimos en Honda Aventura pasado Domingo 17 de Septiembre.
Ahí Henry Garcia nos brindo una excelente atención, nos mostró varias unidades de Honda Pilot y nos explico muy detalladamente las diferencias de equipamiento y confort entre cada modelo. Luego nos ofreció los mejores precios incluyendo alternativas de financiación y lease. Finalmente en el mismo día completamos todos los trámites y regresamos a casa con la camioneta nueva!
Super recomendable, sin dudas volvere alli para mi próxima compra. Gracias!

Hi,
Martin was very amazing and perfect.
Martin sold me a car (HRV 2021) and explained every single steps in the process.
He is very good, very pro, knowledgeable, positive. He is listening to you and explain everything.
He took is time to look for the right car and the right price.
All paperwork was done in order and nothing was missing.
Please ask for Martin, excellent person.
I will go back to him for my next car

As specified above, today, I got another car (CRV 2024) with Martin and he is definitly the person to go to.
