Avoid Lowes of Hialeah. About the worst customer service at the customer service counter.Managers and all do not know how to conduct basic job duties.

quede complacida con el servicio,ya no se ven personas tan amables cdo necesitas ayuda e información .Sin dudas volvería a la tienda

This store needs improvement. I was doing an electrical project and there are a lot of missing pieces, from breaker, cables, pipes etc. Customer service doesn't exist there. Hard to find someone to help you, however several employees at the CS area checking phones and talking. Some of them express dissatisfaction they dont have enough people. If you ask for a manager they give you all type of excuses.
It used to be my prefered store, not any more due to a lack of services. LOWES needs to do something to bring this store back to his excellency levels.
