Today I went to the store with the intention to quote a mattress. I was warmly greeted by Ricardo who walked me through the mattress consultation to find out the best mattress type that fits my sleeping behavior. Then he suggested me to lay down on mattresses with different density to make sure he understood my wants and needs. The entire shopping experience was pleasant and comfortable. Ricardo was prompt to listen to me and understand what I was looking for. He asked me questions over and over again to have a clear understanding of how I felt about each mattress. Later, Ricardo and Juan team tagged to suggest me the best price options to attend my needs and Ricardo explained why I chose the best mattress they had - he walked me through the certification and guarantee warranty. I can't thank enough both of them for giving me their honest advise and even though I did not walk in to make any purchase, they made it easy and smooth for me to actually shop for one. Thank you so much and I can't wait to receive it :) I recommend anyone to come and shop with them! Good people to work with!
