Los productos no están nada mal, pero lamentablemente la atención a las mascotas ha sido fatal en mi experiencia. Mi perrita está totalmente negada a volver a entrar en esta tienda y tiembla cada vez que pasamos cerca. Deberían tener mayor cuidado y preocupación por las mascotas.

We normally board at our vet when we travel, but they were full, so we boarded our beloved felines for a couple of weeks with PetSmart while on vacation. One is older & on meds. The other young & in need of constant play & attention. The care takers at the Coral Way PetSmart could not have been kinder or more attentive to their needs (and ours!). We received regular text updates & photos. And with an experienced vet in-house, we were never worried. When we picked them up, both were happy, healthy & had clearly formed bonds with their new PetSmart family. We couldn't be happier with the experience.

I went into PetSmart today and bought over $50 of items, including three $12 bully sticks. When I got home the bully sticks were not in my bag. I called pet smart and they refused to give me a refund for the item or replace the three bully sticks. DO NOT HO HERE. THEY WILL STEAL YOIR MONEY

This store is awful. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Manager dies nothing to rectify situations. Will not be back, and will be spreading the word via every social media platform available. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I give them 2 stars because I took my aussie to get groomed and specifically ask for a sanitary trim only. I don't know if they thought it was funny but they shaved a whole entire crop circle on my aussies butt. So now he has all his fluff around his butt and right in the middle there's a huge shaved circle that it's hard to ignore.
