This place is huge! There are lots of restaurants, bars and a smoking room for those that need it. Loved the floors with shell and corals.

Fairly nice airport all things considered, easy to navigate and flight information was posted and correct. No delays in arrival or departure. Pick up/drop off is a complete melee.

Small, unclean, crowded bathrooms. No good family space. No good spot to lay if you’re laid over on a red eye. Not enough water bottle filling stations. Slow WiFi. Feels like an airport from 30 years ago that hasn’t been touched. Far below the bar for what I’d expect for air airport in the US.

Airport was absolutely fine, we flew in from Heathrow and then transferring into Cancun, Mexico. We went into the US Border Force and the Officer was a prick. He couldn’t be bothered to be there, he was rude, he was texting and then tapping his sidearm. From a LEO here in the UK to a fellow officer.. Please start taking pride in your job or go elsewhere! I’d be happy to discuss this matter further if Miami Airport wishes to discuss.

The Airport is humongous!! I had to read the signs and ask questions. Apart of that, some of the TSA staff were not friendly or welcoming.

Too many walkways not in use. Skytrain was out yesterday. Norse checkin good but could not hear/understand boarding announcements even after being told we could not hear.
This airport is huge and if like my coach driver they drop at wrong gate you will do a lot of walking.

The airport was great.
The people traveling in the airport are the rudest people so far in my travels.
