Midway Ford

This review is solely based on my experience in dropping off my vehicle. My service provider, Edward Luis, did an exceptional job.

He was attentive and helpful in setting up my appointment, and getting me in and out as fast as possible in the short amount of time I had to get to work.

He also took the time to explain what I should be expecting when I receive a call from my mechanic as to not be surprised with whatever they told me.

He even took the time to add the remainder of my FordPass points to my account without me having to ask. Great job Edward, keep it up.

For years now, I have chosen Midway Ford, not because I like Fords, but because at Midway, you are treated like Family. Thanks to Mike & Rocio for the white glove service, I didn't have to leave my workplace in order to get my vehicle serviced! Highly recommended. Although this time around I didn't have to deal with the other amazing Ford personnel, shout out to Alex V., Virgilio, Elki, and Tony, you guys are the best!

I recently accompanied my aunt to see Virgilio Carvajal for her lease end. She has been leasing/purchasing her cars with Virgilio for over 8 years. I witnessed him being very professional and took his time to explain her options at lease end and did not pressure her into making any sudden decisions. Thank you, Virgilio for a great experience.

Quick Lane indeed. Got an appointment for a gearbox problem faster than any other place was willing to accept my car. The service agent took my car as if it was his, car was fixed and it is running great since then.

We always have a great experience at Midway Ford. Especially if you have a sales person like Mario Gonzalez and a good manager like Osvaldo .
