On a prime corner in Downtown Miami where the city meets the bay, Novikov Miami at 300 S Biscayne Blvd is a high-octane temple of Chinese-Japanese fusion that balances theatrical luxury with culinary precision.

As the first U.S. outpost from the legendary Arkadiy Novikov, this isn't just a restaurant—it's a "Sophisticated Market Experience." It serves as the definitive crossroads for Brickell power-lunchers, international A-listers, and the "Social Hour" set who come for the views and stay for the Wagyu.

The Vibe: Architectural Theater & Bayfront Energy

The atmosphere is Kinetic, Opulent, and Visually Arresting. Designed by the world-renowned Adam D. Tihany, the interior features a "wave-like" ceiling of undulating wooden ribs that mimic the motion of the neighboring Biscayne Bay. Structural columns are reimagined as graceful tree trunks, and the floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with light. Whether you are dining in the sleek main room or al fresco on the terrace, the energy is unapologetically "New Miami."

What Makes Novikov Unique

The "Interactive Market" Focal Point: At the heart of the restaurant is a vibrant, globally sourced display of fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables. Guests are encouraged to step up to this "mini-market" and handpick their ingredients, which the chefs then prepare to order on the Robata grill or in the wok. It’s an upscale nod to Asian food markets, where the quality of the raw product is the star of the show.

The "Moneybag" Ritual: No visit is complete without the Spicy Prawn Moneybag Dim Sum. These dumplings—hand-shaped to resemble traditional silk pouches—have become a social media icon, noted for their delicate wrappers and explosive flavor profiles.

The Peking Duck Gallery: An open-format kitchen allows diners to watch the specialized preparation of their signature Roasted Peking Duck, which hangs in the kitchen like edible art before being carved tableside with the traditional accompaniments of thin pancakes and hoisin.

Liquid Innovation: The cocktail program, led by master mixologists, features boundary-pushing creations like the Smoked Wagyu Negroni and the Wasabi Martini, alongside one of the most prestigious Japanese whiskey collections in the city (some aged up to 30 years).

Signature Culinary Pillars

Robata & Wok Mastery: Utilizing traditional Japanese charcoal grilling, the kitchen produces charred, smoky masterpieces like the Honey Truffle King Crab Leg and A5 Wagyu Ribeye.

The "MediterrAsian" Raw Bar: A unique fusion of Eastern technique and Mediterranean freshness, featuring Hamachi Carpaccio with Shaved Truffle and Toro Tartare with Royal Caviar.

The Signature Sunday Brunch: Reintroduced for 2026, this is a two-hour "Unlimited Market Table" journey that includes endless sushi, dim sum, and a decadent dessert bar, often soundtracked by live DJ sets and bay breezes.

Artistic Desserts: Their "Decadent End" menu features local-global hybrids like Matcha Cuatro Leches and Guava Cheesecake, proving that their fusion philosophy extends to the very last bite.

The Verdict: Novikov Miami is "The Intersection of Flavor and Fame." It is the definitive choice for the diner who wants a "see-and-be-seen" atmosphere backed by genuinely world-class ingredients. It’s where Downtown finds its rhythm

I had an absolutely incredible dinner at Novikov Miami! We came specifically for the duck and were not disappointed. We ordered the full Peking duck, and it was a total showstopper—the skin was perfectly crispy and the meat was so tender. We also started with a bunch of different dim sums, and every single basket was fresh and flavorful. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was lively. I highly recommend this spot if you want top-tier Asian cuisine in Miami!

Awful dining experience. Server was very rude and unfriendly the whole meal. Moreover the Diet Coke was just sparkling water and when asked about it he just rudely dismissed it and didn’t care to make it better. Food is decent but the service is abysmal.

We did not ask for the check, yet the server brought it anyway. Even after I clearly said we were not ready, he came back to the table three separate times with the POS machine trying to close the check.

This kind of pressure is very disappointing and far below the service standards expected from Novikov. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Business party of 7 and it went beyond smooth! The food was delicious - ordering many different dishes was delightful and made it extra special! The service was impeccable and the suggestions were spot on! I loved this restaurant and it's ambiance, food and service. I don't tend to give out too many stars especially in the hustle and bustle of the Miami restuarant scenes but this one earned every star on the map. Excellent!

I recently tried the Kataifi-wrapped appetizer and it’s a total standout. The shredded phyllo is fried to a perfect golden crisp without being oily, and the nori band adds a subtle, salty depth that ties the whole dish together. The bright, citrusy sauce on the side really makes the flavors pop. If you're a fan of creative fusion, this is a must-order!

Gorgeous Resturant with a lovely view from outside.
Nicole was fantastic with recommendations and efficiency on service.
The food flavor profiles were excellent and the portions are just enough. The kitchen/chefs take their time with it and plate it gorgeously.
Thank you for a lovely experience!

Novikov Miami did not live up to expectations. The food is still good, but the place feels overrated, and the service is surprisingly poor for this level. Despite a service charge already included in the bill, the waiter insisted on tips and even followed us to the exit to demand them, with a total check of over $400 for two people. Overall, disappointing experience mainly because of the service.

Novikov is a truly classy, high-end dining experience. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the quality more than justifies it. The sushi selection is outstanding, with an impressive variety and excellent execution, along with plenty of other beautifully prepared dishes. Everything tastes refined and intentional. If you’re looking for one of the best non-omakase sushi spots in Miami, this is easily at the top of the list. An exceptional restaurant for a special night out.

One of my best experiences in Miami. Came in after the heat game (walked in the rain as a true New Yorker. Sat at the bar and honestly best experience I’ve ever had sitting at a bar. “Samantha” was the absolute best. Great drinks, great convos and absolute great time. Highly recommend this place. The manager was also very welcoming and super friendly. Can’t wait to come back to try the food!!

What an amazing brunch!!! We had brunch this past Sunday at Novikov, when we arrived we were seated right away. Our waitress, Mariana came over and introduced herself, she also explained the menus to us. She was so kind and helpful, she answered all of our questions. We chose the $199 per person menu and it did not disappoint! The crab, sushi, lobster, duck and wagyu was amazing and so flavorful. The drinks were also really good, my favorite was the lychee martini. The service & food was outstanding. I highly recommend this brunch. Thank you to the amazing staff for providing such an amazing brunch experience

Novikov Miami offers outstanding service and exquisite cuisine. The waitstaff is attentive, and the Asian-inspired menu impresses. However, the disappointment arises with their proclaimed dog-friendly policy. Despite allowing dogs, my puppy was restricted from the "luxury" furniture, and staff displayed indifference. While I understand the need for cleanliness, it's disheartening to feel unwelcome with a furry friend. Novikov Miami should consider a more accommodating approach to truly embrace their dog-friendly claim. If you prioritize service and food, it's worth a visit sans pets. Nevertheless, for a genuinely dog-friendly experience, exploring other options may be a better choice.

Wait staff was a bit overwhelmed. Our waiter has tables outside and ours inside. Busboy brought us Evian water, short poured the two glasses, walked away with about a fifth of the bottle, and he never returned with the remaining water or offered us any more water. Ironically the table next to us (another 2 top) had their glasses filled to suit and the balance of the bottle was left on the table.

These were small, but noticeable service flaws that management should have picked up on, if this table was important to them. Here's to 25M photo views and counting and the next revisit

Merece melhorar!Recomendo o guioza de pato!
