- I called before heading to Nissan spoke to Francisco Manager. I went over all that was wrong with the car. He was very attentive to my concerns. My cars air-conditioning was fix somewhere else but the air was still not cooling properly. They had put to much free on so the air wasn't cooling. It to awhile before it started. The mechanic new exactly what to do. He removed all the free on and replaced what it needed. He gave be the diagnosis to gas gage and what need to be done. So could report it to consumers services.
Took me back home with lift. While I was getting my car fixed. Called be when the car was ready and sent lift to pick me up to get car. He went above and beyond to get my car working properly. I highly recommend the service center and management. Thank you, again Francisco and technician.
- Absolutely worst experience, calling is a nightmare. The service and parts department answer and hang up multiple times before you get a person on the phone. Then when you ask a question, they act annoyed. There many alternatives to Nissan. Toyota, Honda etc and many more. If you're paying for a vehicle you are also paying for the service you receive after.
